Despite arriving in the middle of the night, we were promptly and warmly attended to. Our room was cleaned daily, including fresh towels, and kept impeccably clean. The staff at the breakfast venue were all cheerful and kind. There's a rooftop on the top floor where you can relax comfortably from 3:00 PM to midnight. It's a fantastic rooftop with a clear view of the temple directly in front. They were incredibly helpful in arranging a taxi for us, even with limited time, which was a huge relief. There were a few guests who were a bit rough with closing their room doors, making loud noises, and once there was some noisy chatting late at night, but these aren't the hotel's fault, and we were very satisfied with our stay. In front of the hotel, along the ring road, there's a kiosk to the left of the entrance where you can buy drinks and snacks anytime. There's also a convenient store before the subway station selling ready-made meals, sweets, bread, and drinks. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. If you can utilize bus routes 1 and 5, which depart from next to the hotel, sightseeing would be even easier.

This is definately not a 5 star hotel. I can’t understand how it’s been given that ranking. The room was definitely not the same as the picture. The carpet in the room was old and faded. The decor looked like it was from when it was first built or updated, at least 30+ years ago. The bathroom in the executive room was worse than Butlins basic accommodation in the U.K., and that’s saying something. The yellow sofa in the grand reception area was tired and dirty. I definitely would never stay there again or recommend to anybody. The majority of the staff were unfriendly. The waiters in the dining room never even looked at you. We had to go to them to request tea and coffee with our breakfast and it seemed like it was too much trouble for them. We stayed in the hotel as part of a fully inclusive cruise booking. The cruise company Iglu cruises must have got a really good deal with them. The hotel was full of people on fully inclusive deals. Definitely not five star. More like 2 star in my opinion.

hotel is located 3mins away from Acropoli station which is good. But next time I would stay around Monastiraki station. I'd recommend the location for who is coming to Athens for the first time. I stayed at this hotel during my European trip and was impressed by the overall quality — the location is excellent, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the experience at the front desk, particularly with an older woman working there, was disappointing. She didn’t greet us warmly, made no effort to assist, and simply processed our check-in quickly without any friendliness. When we returned in the evening after a long day, she didn’t even acknowledge us with a glance. Having stayed at several hotels during my two-week trip across Europe, this lack of hospitality stood out in contrast. Her attitude didn’t quite match the standard I would expect from a hotel of this rating. Fortunately, another (younger) woman who was assisting check-out the next day was much more welcoming and kind, which helped leave a better impression in the end.

The location was excellent, could walk easily to Acropolis in less than 5 mins. The hotel room was really clean and decent sized but felt that there could be a bit more hooks to hang face towel and clothings for bathing. The design of the city view room tried to consolidate some common area at the entrance and bathroom, making it a little odd. No rooftop restaurants or swimming pool, was caught by surprise when the staff told me in an oddly upset way that it’ll be closed permanently for 1.5 years (not sure what that meant).

The panoramic views of the Acropolis, which I enjoyed daily from the fifth-floor rooftop of the Athens Urban Suites, left an unforgettable impression throughout my five-night stay. The hotel's prime location allowed me to leisurely explore the Acropolis and surrounding attractions on foot, eliminating the need for public transportation. The surrounding area is safe and secure, allowing me to return home late at night. The neighborhood's tidy atmosphere left me feeling at ease throughout my stay. The well-equipped kitchen in the room allowed me to cook meals using local ingredients, enjoying the comforts of home. With its breathtaking rooftop views, impeccable location, and practicality, this is a top-notch accommodation I highly recommend to anyone traveling to Athens.

Recommended by a travel agent friend, the Divani Palace Acropolis exceeded my expectations. Nestled in the heart of Athens, around the corner from the majestic Acropolis museum, the hotel was a calming presence in a bustling city. The wonderful staff and grand entrance made us feel excited by our stay. Our rooms were a good size, spotless, and had everything we needed. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop restaurant where one can enjoy the Acropolis in the background. Perfect Athenian charm! And the most exciting part? Going to the basement of the building. Yes, the basement. They have ancient ruins of the city right there, behind glass, which you can admire. It was the best surprise during our stay. We were sad to leave but look forward to going back again for another stay in the future!

This hotel is perfectly situated right in the Acropolis area, and the absolute highlight is the rooftop where you can enjoy distant views of the Acropolis. The restaurant is also on the top floor, allowing you to admire this famous landmark while having breakfast. The facilities are average, but the cleanliness is decent. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and being able to speak English made communication very easy.

Beautiful, clean, and very convenient apartment in a peaceful part of Athens. Walkable to many main sights, with a bus stop right outside and the metro 100 m away. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, great amenities, plus a washer and dryer. Only minor note to a cleaning team: a couple of hairs in the guest bedroom, but otherwise spotless. We loved our stay and would happily return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Acropolis Magenta. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. What impressed us the most was the staff. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist whenever we had questions or needed help. Their kindness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Incanto Boutique Suites in Mets. Our room had an incredible view of the Acropolis which made the stay feel really special, waking up and being able to see the Acropolis from our room was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. The private Jacuzzi was amazing and was the perfect way to relax after a day exploring Athens. The room itself was beautiful, modern, comfortable and very well maintained. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the staff. They were extremely friendly welcoming and helpful, and were always happy to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality genuinely made us feel well looked after. The combination of the amazing Acropolis view, fantastic private Jacuzzi, beautiful accommodation and wonderful staff made this a truly memorable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Incanto Boutique Suites to anyone visiting Athens!
