Clean hotel with breakfast and not far from the acropolis’s and plaka and all major attractions. Lots of eateries and everything you need around and steps from the hotel. Public transport is a block away. Excellent overall experience

This is definately not a 5 star hotel. I can’t understand how it’s been given that ranking. The room was definitely not the same as the picture. The carpet in the room was old and faded. The decor looked like it was from when it was first built or updated, at least 30+ years ago. The bathroom in the executive room was worse than Butlins basic accommodation in the U.K., and that’s saying something. The yellow sofa in the grand reception area was tired and dirty. I definitely would never stay there again or recommend to anybody. The majority of the staff were unfriendly. The waiters in the dining room never even looked at you. We had to go to them to request tea and coffee with our breakfast and it seemed like it was too much trouble for them. We stayed in the hotel as part of a fully inclusive cruise booking. The cruise company Iglu cruises must have got a really good deal with them. The hotel was full of people on fully inclusive deals. Definitely not five star. More like 2 star in my opinion.

hotel is located 3mins away from Acropoli station which is good. But next time I would stay around Monastiraki station. I'd recommend the location for who is coming to Athens for the first time. I stayed at this hotel during my European trip and was impressed by the overall quality — the location is excellent, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the experience at the front desk, particularly with an older woman working there, was disappointing. She didn’t greet us warmly, made no effort to assist, and simply processed our check-in quickly without any friendliness. When we returned in the evening after a long day, she didn’t even acknowledge us with a glance. Having stayed at several hotels during my two-week trip across Europe, this lack of hospitality stood out in contrast. Her attitude didn’t quite match the standard I would expect from a hotel of this rating. Fortunately, another (younger) woman who was assisting check-out the next day was much more welcoming and kind, which helped leave a better impression in the end.

The location was excellent, could walk easily to Acropolis in less than 5 mins. The hotel room was really clean and decent sized but felt that there could be a bit more hooks to hang face towel and clothings for bathing. The design of the city view room tried to consolidate some common area at the entrance and bathroom, making it a little odd. No rooftop restaurants or swimming pool, was caught by surprise when the staff told me in an oddly upset way that it’ll be closed permanently for 1.5 years (not sure what that meant).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the rooftop — the view was absolutely stunning. From there, you can clearly and easily see the magnificent Acropolis, especially beautiful at sunset when the lights come on. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a drink or just taking photos. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a perfect place to stay in Athens if you want great service and one of the best rooftop views of the Acropolis. Highly recommended!

The neighborhood is clean and safe, making it very convenient to get to the Acropolis and museums. Breakfast offers coffee and fresh-squeezed juice service, and the buffet has a wide variety of options. The rooftop restaurant, located on the right side of the bar area for guests, has a great atmosphere and views, especially overlooking the Acropolis at night, though it is a bit pricey.

This hotel is perfectly situated right in the Acropolis area, and the absolute highlight is the rooftop where you can enjoy distant views of the Acropolis. The restaurant is also on the top floor, allowing you to admire this famous landmark while having breakfast. The facilities are average, but the cleanliness is decent. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and being able to speak English made communication very easy.

The room was small; what they called a triple occupancy just meant an extra sofa. Luckily, there was plenty of counter space to put our things. Housekeeping came every two days, and we got mineral water upon check-in based on the number of guests, but it wasn't replenished during our stay. However, there's free water available on the first floor. There's a supermarket on the street behind the hotel, making it easy to buy water for 0.15 Euros. Convenience stores nearby charge 1 Euro. The surroundings aren't particularly scenic, just a regular street, a bit cluttered, like a third-tier city in China. The safety was fine; I was a bit nervous before coming, but there was nothing to worry about. It's close to the Acropolis, which is very convenient for sightseeing. There's a Chinese restaurant not far to the right when you exit, and also one towards the Acropolis. I just felt the value for money was really low. For this price, you could stay in a five-star hotel in China, but here it's just a budget hotel. It is what it is, I guess. Hardly needed any cash; credit cards were accepted everywhere. **Cleanliness:** Decent, clean and tidy. **Service:** Everyone greeted us upon entering and exiting, very enthusiastic.

Good value quality accomodation with nice lounge and kitchen. Local area noisy and not ideal for some, but very close to the centre anda $5 Taxi or Uber fixes that and saves loads on the stay. Service was punctual and effective, although all remotely done. I would stay here again.
