It is a completely renovated hotel in the ancient building. The space is very high and very clean. The ceiling retains the original mural. It is very beautiful. The customer service Effie is very kind, but when you go to Greece, please be sure to open a local phone. Most hotel customer service will need to contact you by phone or SMS.
The location is also convenient, the only problem is that the sound of the car at night will be more obvious.

Guest UserPositive points:
The room was very clean. It was also very close to the subway station. The key was a number-entry type, so there was no worry about losing it. The dinner delivery options were plentiful and reasonably priced, which was great. The view was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable.
The shower had plenty of hot water. Shampoo and shower gel were provided.
The room's interior was beautiful, and the staff were kind and very nice.
They also held our luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Points of concern:
You need the WhatsApp app for check-in and other communication. I think not many Japanese people have it installed.
The room was clean, but the window couldn't be opened, so ventilation was difficult. The air conditioning worked well, so it wasn't a big issue.
The shower drain clogged fairly easily. This might be difficult for women with long hair.
There were no amenities such as hairbrushes or cosmetics. I might have been able to get them if I asked, but staff hours ended at 5 PM, so it wasn't possible.

Accommodation was exactly as described. Clean and tidy with lots of space. The location was great with only short walks to more popular locations and sites. There's plenty of local restaurants and cafes which was ideal for 10 days. We saw warnings about avoiding back streets but actually found a really nice fish restaurant, nice church with kids playing in the streets. There were also 2 reasonable supermarkets in the vicinity, better value than the multiple minimarts in the area. You are right next to the metro if you don't want to walk. You can easily get to and from the airport for 9 euros with only one change. We did the bus tour which operate from across the road. There was a lot of homeless but that was more between the apartment and Omonia. You see them but they're not aggressive or demanding. I've saw a lot worse elsewhere especially in the UK. Couldn't recommend enough, especially for the price. The staff were very friendly, we didn't need to contact them for anything and they only contacted for cleaning and check in and out. The Christmas village was actually the highlight although seeing a tortoise near the Parthenon was a close second.

A hotel close to the city center, metro station, and restaurants. The breakfast is decent but continental. The internet doesn't work, but that's irrelevant as I was in Athens to visit the city.

Great hotel close to restaurants. Rooms were clean and very aesthetically pleasing.
Transport is very accessible and it’s easy to get everywhere.
Office staff were helpful and knowledgeable.
No restaurant or drinks on site but there is a street vendor just outside selling drinks and snacks.
Rooms were serviced daily with fresh towels and coffee.

There are many types of breakfast, yogurt is delicious There is a bus stop downstairs, you should be able to take the car directly, very convenient, but this area feels a lot of black people, although there is no danger, but everyone has to pay attention to safety.

Central Green Apartments was a great spot to stay. It was within walking distance (if an hour walk isn't too much for you) to the Acropolis and Plaka. Otherwise, the nearby Metro train is there.
The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything you could need to have a lengthy stay. Roof top view of the Acropolis is amazing too!
Close to mini markets, cafes, and restaurants.
[Side note - being opposite the bus depot and taxi rank, I recommend ear plugs. The children wore themselves out, so the noise didn't seem to bother them, but as a pretty light sleeper, definitely needed.]
