The only downside: I'm 6'3” (190cm) tall with shoes on, and the bed is just long enough to lie flat. If I lie on my stomach, it's a bit too short. When I lie flat, the blanket is also a little short; it doesn't quite cover me from my feet to my shoulders comfortably, but I still slept pretty well. The location is great, it's clean and tidy, and the facilities are comprehensive. There are even toilets and showers in the hallway. The rooftop closes at 9 PM and has chairs and a pool with a view of the Acropolis. The rooms have air conditioning. The staff are polite and professional. Bedding is changed daily, and any requests can be made at the front desk.

My room is on the 2nd floor and the room is very large and exquisite! The equipment in the room is also very advanced, such as the lighting has 25%, 75%, 100% brightness, and the bedside has master key control, which is very convenient! The bathroom and toilet are two spaces, and the space is wide. The shower water power and water temperature are enough, praise! The location of the hotel is also very good, only 5 minutes walk from the subway station, there is a bus stop 5 meters from the building, and it only takes 18-20 minutes to walk to Acropolis museum . Staff is friendly and helpful! Thank you Nickolas! Inadequacy (not a big problem, but improvement will be better): The accommodation date is February 10-12. 1) It is 21:00 when arriving. There is no front desk clerk at the hotel. When arriving, there is no one to answer the door by pressing the clock for about 3-5 minutes. As a result, a kind staff member from the quarantine store assisted the hotel staff. It is recommended that the hotel contact the tenant in advance and send the door password and room password to the tenant. To avoid inconvenience. 2) The air conditioner was weak and awkward. Finally, I chose to open the window, but there was a bit of noise outside the window. 3) There is no cleaning of the bathroom wall, and the hair of the first-hand guest is still seen. Summary: The hotel is very good, will consider it again!

An absolutely unexpected and wonderful stay! The location is incredibly convenient, and the room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped (iron, fridge, multi-functional bathroom, coffee machine, and even a toaster!). Plus, there's a reasonably priced self-service laundry downstairs. The staff were exceptionally warm, proactive, and friendly, always ready to assist! Just a heads-up: be mindful of their operating hours, especially if you need to store your luggage, so plan accordingly. If I get the chance to visit Athens again, I will definitely choose to stay here!

The biggest advantage of this apartment hotel is that it is in a good location, located in the city center, walking to the market, monuments, subway stations (40 minutes from Metro Line 3 to the airport), downstairs is full of lively restaurants, super convenient. The room is very large, a family of three and four are no problem, the facilities are complete, you can eat like a home, the hotel provides a variety of breakfasts, overall it is good. The only downside is that the surrounding area is too lively, and the restaurant bar below is noisy until two or three in the morning every day.

Great location in the city centre with many restaurants and cafes around. Hotel amenities are new and clean. They prepare earbuds for guests but it wasn’t noisy around at all. Staff are really friendly and supportive I just don’t really like how lockers in my room are too high (they set it like a wardrobe), so it was difficult and inconvenient to lift my suitcase up to put it in my locker. I prefer to leave it on the floor

The hotel is located near the Athens Meat Market, within walking distance of Psiri and only a few minutes from Monastiraki Square. While not in the very center, the location provides convenient access to lively districts and cultural attractions. Before my stay, I had read reviews mentioning safety concerns in the area, and I was initially cautious. However, during my visit I found the neighborhood to be generally fine. As with any city, it is important to remain attentive when traveling with family, but nothing occurred that would cause alarm. The streets leading to the hotel are quieter, as fewer people cross through this district. For shopping, however, the hotel is less convenient, as it requires longer walks to reach the main retail area (Ermou street). The staff was kind overall, though breakfast with a toddler was somewhat challenging. Most of the team were not particularly accommodating, with the exception of one outstanding staff member—a highly professional English-speaking woman who appeared to lead the team. She was exceptionally helpful and made a significant positive difference to our experience.Although the hotel lacks balconies, our room offered a spectacular view of the Acropolis, which was a highlight of our stay.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Athens Heart Suite. On the positive side, the location is excellent, and the housekeeping team does a great job keeping the rooms clean and well-maintained. However, the service experience was quite disappointing. There is no on-site staff, which makes the check-in process very slow and confusing. It was also difficult to arrange luggage storage. Furthermore, I encountered a leaking air conditioner in my room; despite reporting it and being told that a technician would come to fix it, no one ever showed up, and the issue was essentially ignored. While the property itself is nice, the lack of reliable service and communication makes it hard to recommend

Best for girls friends stay, in Psiri where all the nice restaurants and cafes and bars are.. the place to be, we walked so much after a long day we put our feet up at the bed headboard and it soothes the feet! Clean and good hotel!

Amazing location. A couple minute walk from Monastiraki metro station. A short walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis museum. Stayed in single room, with private bathroom and balcony. Check in was quick. I arrived early so left my luggage in coin lockers for the morning. Room was clean, shower was good (hot water and strong) Bed was good. Pillows were just ok. Balcony overlooking the alley was nice. Can sit out there and people watch. There's a common area across the alley in the main building. Only cons were - no hairdryer, no toiletries, and the doors are loud when they close. So if someone comes in late or leaves early the doors can wake u up. Some street noise of people talking but not bad. I recommend staying there and would stay there again. l

Good location and moderate price are all the benefits.  If there is a possibility to pay 10-20 euro , it is better to choose another hotel (apartments)
