Check in took a bit longer than a 5 stars hotel should be. I arrived at 1pm after an overnight flight and need a rest. Room wasn’t ready so okay I can wait. Until 3pm it was still not ready… only get into the room around 4pm at last. First impression ruined.

Fantastic service. Especially the club lounge. However, the WIFI is really bad. Can barely use the WiFi at night.

Great luxury feel good hotel. Away from the harbour but still centrally located. Would have been good to get the rooms on time for checkin without any delays but apart from that it’s a really nice hotel to stay.

First of all, I came here for the location and the rich breakfast. The breakfast is really good and rich, with porridge and sweet tofu. The room is also ok, with a bathtub for soaking. There is a swimming pool and hot tub. The gym is also very good and 24 hours. After a day of walking downtown, it is very suitable to go back and take a bath. If you are tired and don’t want to go out, you can scan the code to order food and deduct it from the deposit. The only drawback: I thought there was free parking, but it was only valet 55 a day🔪

It is more convenient to go to the airport!

I stayed in a deluxe suite, which was spacious and bright, with modern yet cozy decoration. The bed was very comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep after a busy day. The room was fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV and minibar, meeting all my needs. Food and Beverage: The restaurant on site offers a diverse menu, and I was impressed by the fresh fruits and pastries for breakfast and the exquisite dishes for dinner. Especially worth mentioning is their room service, which is responsive and delicious.

The room is very clean, even people with mysophobia can't find fault with it. The room is very warm and the price is good. I have repurchased it and they also gave me desserts when I checked in.

The room was nice, and the environment and facilities were satisfactory, but the cleaning service was gone in the afternoon.

The room is relatively large, the facilities are relatively new, there is a shuttle bus to Queen Street on the hour, you can use Didi taxi, it is relatively fast, the hotel's breakfast buffet has a rich variety, the front desk service is a bit poor, I extended the room in the morning, I couldn't get into the elevator in the afternoon, and I had to queue up to renew the room card.
