Excellent Stay 👍

Awesome service. Very friendly, quick and smooth! The room was nice and clean.

On the first day, someone went there and removed the rubbish only. They left the dirty cups we had coffee. On the second day, we left the towels on the bed, hoping they would be changed. They didn't come there at all. We used the same cups for coffee for 3 days, the same towels, and the rubbish hasn't been removed again after the first time...

We always stay here and it's usually really good but the last couple of times we've had to put up with really loud guests in the next room! We like the location, it's in easy walking distance to town and the train station.

The room decoration is relatively average, but the hotel location is very good. Parking is also convenient and it is within walking distance to New Market and Mount Eden. The front desk is very friendly and polite, and can provide service in Chinese. There is also a Chinese restaurant downstairs.

Because there are children, I booked a family room. The room is very large, with a large bed and a single bed. The sheets and quilts are very clean. The bathroom is very clean. 24-hour hot water is very convenient. There is a kettle, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. You can make a simple breakfast. It's very convenient. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It's an 8-minute walk to Westfield sc. It's a 3-minute walk to the bus station. 30, 70, and 309 all go directly to the City center. It's a 10-minute walk to Newmarket train station. I highly recommend this place.
