We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff was also friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a neat, well-equipped hotel.
It was little far from airport , but there is a yellow bus which connects airport and hotels every specific intervals.
Very friendly and helpful at check in. Not a great selection of food in restaurant but what I did have was nice enough. Clean and quite room. Enjoyed a soak in bath. Would stay again.
Arriving at the international airport, we needed to depart the next morning on a domestic flight so opted to stay at the Gateway because it was on the route of the free bus with accommodation. $8 pp if no booking. The Hotel looked shabby from the outside, however was really surprised at how clean and comfortable the rooms were, we also dined in the restaurant, large portion, food, and reasonable prices would definitely stay again.

Checked in on Christmas Day. After checking in in the afternoon, the kids wanted to drink mineral water. The nearby shops were not open. May at the reception was very friendly and took out 2 bottles of mineral water from her car. Thank her very much. Because of her, I can give a good review to the hotel.
The outside of the hotel looks a bit crappy but the room is neat and clean.
The location is amazing because it is really super close to the airport and they offer shuttle service.
Service was good but there was no reception and had to go to the motel next door, but the staff there was very helpful.
Except for the bad location, everything else is very good, clean, the restaurant is also very good, the dishes are exquisite, and it is more comfortable than the popular downtown restaurants I ate along the way. Parking is also cheap.
My family had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is excellent although I recommend that the buffet be different everyday.
Hotel room was very clean along with the bathroom. One complaint that we have is that the AC unit is weak and appears to be clogged inside and it takes time for the room to cool.
The location is quite good and the room is large and bright. The car can park just outside the room.
But there is no space to put the clothing in the toilet. We cannot watch TV since it relies on wifi and the signal is very poor. We have 4 ppl but only 3 can connect wifi. My access card cannot work and no one at reception can help even I waited for 10 minutes. Luckily I met a housekeeper who can assist me.
Modern, clean tidy rooms. Just what you need after a long flight.
Very peaceful/ quiet surrounding.
Only downside is a short drive out is required to get to restaurants and supermarket

AAnonymous UserThere is no heating and cooling in the room, and there are public bathrooms and toilets. There are four rooms to go. There is a simple microwave and air fryer in the room, a public kitchen is available, and there are dining tables in the lobby. It is an 8-minute drive from the airport and is suitable for early self-driving flights.
