Room was not cleaned thoroughly but after showing to the staff, they made an effort to clean the room immediately

It’s a fantastic hotel with excellent service, just a bit far from train station but hotel do provide pick up at train station. And from hotel to train station ( but only specific time )

I visited on a solo trip, but the room was quiet and the hot springs were very good, so I was able to relax. Also, there was an all-you-can-drink option and alcohol was available, so I was very satisfied with being able to enjoy a drink after the bath!! I'd like to stay here again when I visit Fukui.

The room has been renovated, clean and bright, the hotel has a shuttle bus, the service is good, and the large bathing area has been renovated. Breakfast was pretty good, typical Japanese meal. Two suggestions: 1. Increase English-speaking staff and respond to guest emails as quickly as possible; 2. The large bathhouse does not provide towels, but the towels in the room are thin and small and one towel per person is not enough. Hope to consider adjustments.

There is a free shuttle bus to the station. The breakfast and dinner are very delicious. They are all banquets. There is a large supermarket opposite the hotel where you can buy some for late night snacks. The air conditioning in the hotel is sufficient and it is not cold at all. On a snowy day, I was sweating all over while sleeping.

My husband and I are enjoying staying at hot spring inns. This time we went to Awara Onsen Mimatsu. We arrived a little early, but we were greeted warmly and shown to our room early. The Japanese-style room with an open-air bath was renovated and well-cleaned, so we had a comfortable stay. The large public bath was a little old, but it was well-cleaned and well-equipped. For dinner, we had the basic kaiseki cuisine, which was delicious. We were also surprised that soft drinks and alcoholic beverages such as draft beer, sake, and wine were all free and all-you-can-drink. Be careful not to drink too much. The open-air bath in the room had a separate shower booth, so we enjoyed a morning bath. The only disappointment was that the refrigerator in the room didn't cool well, but other than that, it was a good 5-star hot spring inn. I would like to visit again.

I stayed alone, but the room was bright and clean, and the furniture design was stylish. The food was delicious both in the morning and evening. It's a shame that the hot spring is circulated, but the bathtub itself is large and relaxing.

The food was delicious and I thought it was a wonderful inn, but on the way back I noticed that my money was missing from my wallet. I could only assume that it was stolen when the futon was laid out in the room at dinner time, so when I contacted the inn, they said they couldn't contact the staff who laid out the futon so they couldn't tell me the truth. When I explained that I hadn't been told that the futon would be laid out at dinner time or that I hadn't been told how to use the safe at check-in, they refunded my money. Please be careful to manage your valuables when staying at a hotel.

This time, I stayed at Ryokan Misato as I was eligible for the Hokuriku Support Discount, and I stayed here again as I did last July. From Fukui Station, I took the Echizen Railway to Mikuni Port, and then a local bus (Keifuku Bus) to Echizen Matsushima Aquarium. On the way back, I took the Keifuku Bus and got off at the Mikuni Boat Terminal Exit, and even though I have bad knees, I was able to arrive at Misato in less than five minutes. There is a supermarket nearby, so it is convenient for small shopping. After arriving at the ryokan, we went to the large hot spring bath, where we enjoyed a spacious bath for two, and the open-air bath for one. The food was delicious, with grilled abalone, sashimi, and beef. I returned to my room and dove into the hot spring bath. It felt great! I stood up and looked outside, and the carp were jumping in the garden pond, and the view was amazing. The staff's smiles were as lovely as ever. Next time I come to Awara Onsen, I would like to stay at Misato again.

At JR Fukui Station, we had the sauce katsudon from Tenzen on the first floor of Fukufukukan (for the fifth time), then took the Echizen Railway to Awarayu Town, and then the shuttle bus to Mimatsu. An employee greeted us at the entrance, and before we got to the front desk, they called us by name and guided us to the front desk, and we were very satisfied with the smooth process. The room was spacious and the open-air bath in the room was spacious enough to stretch our legs out. The large public bath was also spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The food and appetizers were great for drinking, and the crab included made my family very satisfied. The next morning, the weather was good and we strolled through the well-maintained garden, fascinated by the autumn leaves, the bridge over the pond, and the Nishikigoi carp in the pond. It was the best! We left Mimatsu very satisfied, and it's an inn that makes you want to go back again. Even before booking, the staff was kind and willing to respond to our numerous inquiries by email.
