we did not get the rooms we paid for. We talked to front desk staff and we were never reassigned a room. We were initially assigned an occupied room and walked in to some guests it was so embarrassing. I feel like they owe me a refund. Pool staff and restaurant staff are very nice. Front desk staff are horrible.

Overall very clean, excellent staff, lots of poolside and beach lounges. But a lot of them were always reserved regardless of the No Reserved Seats Rule. A reasonable amount of organized activities. Food varied from ok to good. Having to sign for every meal and drink was annoying as it being a mixed hotel and all inclusive. The wrist band should have been sufficient as is used at most all inclusive resorts.

If you are looking for good all-inclusive property then this is NOT good resort for you. The size of restaurants and server ability to serve you is a joke. They only serve to their members and treat you bad if you are not member. Stay away from this not so inclusive resort!

The hotel is beautiful. However at check in I was given a room that wasn’t what I payed for. Thanks to the bell boy. He helped me out to get it corrected. What made me very upset was a lady in the front desk named Ingred she was very rude. Did not greet us. I had to tell her what kind of service was this. I payed almost $2,000 dollars for my stay and to be greeted like that. That is unacceptable. Everyone is was great. That was the lowest point of my vacation

We went for two days to have some time at the beach and in the pool. The pool was down the entire time we were there. A pump went out and it smelled like rotten crab. Very disappointed. The food was good but was not excellent. I had two steaks that were very good. They need a new pastry chef or supplier. Again, nothing excellent, just average. The staff was amazing, especially wait staff. They did drive us a little crazy with trying to sell their vacation packages. To the point that they called the room several times to "check that we were good" but then ask if we would attend a presentation. The grounds were lovely. The room as beautiful and had a huge balcony that had a lovely ocean view. I would most likely choose another property if we go back. Just not Wowed.
