The building and the rooms are historical but the hardware is up-to-date. Our room is on second floor and there’s an elevator for moving up our suitcases. The common area is classy and the furniture is well maintained. Location is great, only a 10-15 minutes drive to the Clifton Hill and the Falls area. Last but not least, the breakfasts are FAB! Homemade but hotel quality! We both hope that we can return during summer time.

The room is big enough, there is a free toothbrush, you have to ask the front desk to get it, that is, the air conditioning sound is sometimes loud, but there is no elevator, you need to take the stairs. Parking is 20 plus, convenient to travel, and the surrounding area is a playground. Very close to the Great Waterfall, opposite the Ferris wheel.

The hotel is built on a slope, and the waterfall viewing platform is just a five-minute walk downhill, which is very convenient. However, the hotel is a bit old. Free parking is available, offering good value for money.

initailly out room keypad was out of battery but the staff was very friendly they assisted and provided us another room asap no wait staff was very helpful and polite perfect hotel away from tourist crowds parking is additional 15$ onsite rooms are clean and good there is no smoking or bad smell in rooms rooms with balcony have a view view shows river amd part of falls awesome hotel prices high on weekends otherwise better than big brands hotel was a piece of mind

We booked a queen-size bed but were upgraded to 2 queen beds upon check-in, which we didn't need, but thanks anyway. Unlike the other reviews I read, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. There were enough towels too which I like. We were just a bit distracted by the noise coming from the upper level but it’s a minor issue. Not enough hot water for the shower and please be careful as the tub is slippery when wet. They have a decent selection of breakfast too. May I just suggest that the lady making pancakes be jolly and smile at guests, as it adds positive vibes. 😊 Overall, even if it's not too close to the falls, we’ll definitely come back here.

I used a room on the 2nd floor. I checked in late and they kindly guided me. Overall, the facilities are old, but considering the location, I think they are good value for money. I didn't use the breakfast because it had a lot of bad content.

stay was good, the service wasn't bad the facilities wasn't all that great because they were doing some construction work there while guest was there no I didn't enjoy the breakfast because every morning is the same thing for breakfast but overall the room was nice and clean bathroom was well clean the only problem I have is they can provide bottle water in each room and a kettle in case you fell sick or you need a cup of warm tea but apart from that everything was ok I would go back or recommend anyone to the inn

I took a room for $95 + tax for a decent price per room. Free parking. . The room is clean. The pool is too much chlorine. It's like a detergent was poured into the jadkuzi. I didn't like it. Breakfast - omelet, sausages, oranges and apples (although it was summer) breakfast cereals, a type of jam. coffee, tea, juices. One-time tableware and appliances are cheap plastic.
