Niagara Falls Hotels with Balcony

The host is very nice. The location is very convenient just 10 mins walk from the Rainbow Bridge. The place is clean and they prepare fresh breakfast in the morning. Recommend it to those who do not plan to drive during the trip. The only thing is we couldn’t get a refund for the first night as our flight was cancelled and we got there the second day.

The building and the rooms are historical but the hardware is up-to-date. Our room is on second floor and there’s an elevator for moving up our suitcases. The common area is classy and the furniture is well maintained. Location is great, only a 10-15 minutes drive to the Clifton Hill and the Falls area. Last but not least, the breakfasts are FAB! Homemade but hotel quality! We both hope that we can return during summer time.

It is farther than I thought, and the city bus that stops in front of the hotel is convenient, but the departure and arrival situation of the city bus is not linked with Google and was quite confused. It may be good for those who have a rental car. The interior of the hotel is normal and clean. The lighting is a little dark. Children are overjoyed in the playroom and pool. The staff were very kind as they also gave me vouchers at the arcade. There is a washing machine, but some rooms have to pass through the cabana. There was a group that made a noise until late at night in the cabana, and it was uncomfortable because it was okay to speak with the child.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to almost all attractions and facilities. The staff is also very friendly. There is a little noise if you are near the parking space, but it is acceptable.

The hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts. Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing. Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.

We originally booked March 12-14. Then we changed to 1 night march 13-14 but looks like the hotel did not received this update. It was updated in the app and was paid 1 night ahead of time but the date was not changed at the hotel. Good thing they still have room available and the frontdesk is very professional and took good care of it. Pool is warm and very clean. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast we were expecting better but overall it is worth it. We did not pay for parking. Thank you so much! 😊

I took a room for $95 + tax for a decent price per room. Free parking. . The room is clean. The pool is too much chlorine. It's like a detergent was poured into the jadkuzi. I didn't like it. Breakfast - omelet, sausages, oranges and apples (although it was summer) breakfast cereals, a type of jam. coffee, tea, juices. One-time tableware and appliances are cheap plastic.

I used a room on the 2nd floor. I checked in late and they kindly guided me. Overall, the facilities are old, but considering the location, I think they are good value for money. I didn't use the breakfast because it had a lot of bad content.

stay was good, the service wasn't bad the facilities wasn't all that great because they were doing some construction work there while guest was there no I didn't enjoy the breakfast because every morning is the same thing for breakfast but overall the room was nice and clean bathroom was well clean the only problem I have is they can provide bottle water in each room and a kettle in case you fell sick or you need a cup of warm tea but apart from that everything was ok I would go back or recommend anyone to the inn

The hotel is very close to the Great Waterfall and not far from walking. Therefore, the hotel began to charge for parking, but fortunately, the network helped solve the problem. The yard is very noisy at night, quiet until midnight Breakfast can be taken with yogurt, bar, juice, apple bags. Overall, the price is not bad.
