Niagara Falls Hotels with Gym

The location was fantastic. The bath quickly warmed up, allowing me to thaw out from the cold. It was easy to get to Table Rock, Rainbow Bridge, and the fireworks display area.

Everything else was great, but I'm giving the facilities a 1-star because they were so bad. I booked a room with a Canadian Falls view, and since that room type had just been renovated, the smell of new decor was incredibly strong and suffocating. I switched rooms, but it was the same problem. Hotel windows in the US are sealed shut, so there's no way to open them for ventilation; you can only rely on the air conditioning, which did absolutely nothing. For your health, I strongly advise against staying at the Hilton, at least for the next five or six years.

We've enjoy our stay in this resort specially our kids. We love our room, theres microwave and dining table + chairs. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Water park is beautiful and safe theres a lot of lifeguard in every corner. Theres 2 small jacuzzi but we never try, you have to wait for your turn. Very good location, theres a-lot of nearby shops and restaurants.

Great location, can see fireworks at the falls from our room directly (cant see the falls) and short walking distance to Clifton hill. The luggage storage was very nice and safe, they provided a room with a lock on it. However, the fan in our room was a bit noisy, also amenities are down in the reception, which is self served. Toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers were not provided. Also not to mention the water pressure was weak for the shower. Also found a spider on the night stand. Overall, it is what you will expect for a 3-star hotel, and the price decent given that it is near tourist attractions, except for that spider.

The location is excellent. We booked a room with a waterfall view, and we could see the waterfall right from our room. Actually, even rooms without a direct waterfall view can still enjoy it from the hotel's elevator viewing platform, which is great. Perhaps on the day we checked in, several large tour groups arrived, making the hotel lobby chaotic. We waited a long time for the elevator. We had breakfast vouchers included with our room, but they expired before we could use them, and the restaurant front desk wouldn't refund them, nor would Ctrip. The restaurant food was delicious. However, the Starbucks downstairs had rather poor service. After buying food and drinks, I asked for a cup of hot water and they wanted to charge me for it. The front desk said it was free, but I just gave up on it. I don't know if they provide different services to different guests, but I wasn't impressed. I kicked the foot of the bed with my slippers multiple times, and it hurt like crazy. This is a significant design flaw, especially with children around, it could cause serious injury. The staff, however, were excellent. The lock on my luggage broke, and a maintenance guy found tools to fix it, which was fantastic! 👍

The hotel is being renovated to voco branded hotel. In the meantime, it’s quite understaffed as our room did not receive any cleaning during our stay. The hotel has good location but  is sorely in need of renovation. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Horrible room #210. View was a window washing stage right at window. Compressor or machine of some kind ran all night. Hotel was booked solid with competitions and other Wyndham hotel guests were there due to water problems at hotel. I booked early so should have gat a decent room. Booked for 3 nights, left after 2. Felt like the worst room in the basement!! Have been numerous time with no issues at all. Ruined my birthday weekend. Maybe because we booked through you…is that possible??

Very clean and supportive staff they are very helpful. Very well organised & knowledgeable. The place is very tidy and easy access to the uber and metro. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They guided us for visiting all the attractions .

Nice property and location. Just a short ride to Clifton Hills and the Falls. Staff was accommodating and rectified issues with additional charges in a timely manner. Will certainly stay there again.

Facilities: There's a gym and an indoor pool, both on the smaller side. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: Not far from the waterfall, about a 10-minute walk. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. When checking out, I asked the front desk for my bill, but the staff said they couldn't provide a paper bill at the moment and that it would be emailed to me later. However, I never received the bill, yet the hotel deducted over $20 from my deposit without any explanation for what those charges were.
