I love staying at this hotel. Spacious and clean. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and the hotel sent me the confirmation email right after the booking was confirmed. Everything is new and comfortable to use. Modern design of kitchenware and great support and king mattress. Quiet air conditioning, laundry room at the basement. Both the mirror areas were so dim, not good for make-up, so does the whole area. Knifes were rusty, pans and pots were scratched and dirty, and stains in e-kettle. No counter space for makeup bag. Very big parking lot outside the hotel. Weak water pressure. No racks for shower stuff and clothes and towels. Nevertheless, this is the best hotel in Niagara compared to those famous brand hotel but in the old, small and bad condition.

As a global chain hotel, the price in Niagara Falls is much cheaper than Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton and other hotels. Although the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Great Falls, it is still a great value for friends who drive by themselves.
We booked a queen room with two large beds, which is more than 30 square meters. Each room has cable TV and a work desk. A coffee machine and ironing facilities are also provided. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym and business center.
The hotel is located opposite the ”White Water Walk” attraction in the Grand Canyon. It is only 2.5 kilometers away from Niagara Falls, Niagara Cruises, and Niagara Falls. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Niagara Railway Station, which is very convenient.

It might have been my mistake for not checking thoroughly, but charging CAD30.00 for what they call 'private parking' seems exorbitant. If they're hiding parking fees to make the room rate look lower, effectively increasing the total cost, I'd suggest staying at a higher-grade hotel. There can be a significant difference between 170,000 KRW and 200,000 KRW. I recommend checking if other hotels in Niagara also charge for parking. There are many cheaper options nearby for $5 or $10.

Facilities: The hotel is quite old. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the water park. It can be played with children. But it is similar to the water park in the big city in China.
Hygienic: The room is very clean, but the water in the water park is not very clean
Environment: The hotel is old. Parking is charged. There are many restaurants around but parking is more difficult. The hotel room is particularly poorly soundproofed. There is a stupid person in the middle of the night. It is very noisy to shovel snow outside, but what kind of bicycles do you need at this price?
Service: Basically no service, luggage can not be stored, but! For this price, don't ask for any bicycles.

Guest UserThe receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didn’t like the fact we questioned it. I’m pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us.
Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs.
You can’t access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed.
Walls are dated, floors are updated.
Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point.

Guest UserThe hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts.
Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing.
Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.

The front desk staff are very friendly, the hotel facilities meet the requirements for tourism and leisure, and the location is excellent. There are shuttle buses at the door to various attractions in the Niagara Falls area, and it also provides direct access to the bus station connecting to downtown Toronto, making it an ideal choice for your travel itinerary.

The hotel is across from a shopping mall, but a bit far from the falls, requiring a drive. The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. I had read reviews that the hotel was double-charging, and I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk what was included in the room rate upon check-in, but was still charged upon check-out.

Hello
The service was great and the staff very friendly. We had a good variety for breakfast which was very good.
The only thing we had issues with is that the mattress was a little too soft and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler. The room stayed pretty humid. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Close to everything.
The price was good but I wish it would have included parking. That was an unexpected cost.
