Niagara Falls Hotels with Breakfast

Excellent location; 3 minutes drive to the Falls. Great value for the price. Very good breakfast. The fact that the front entrance to the reception is already locked was kind of weird. All the hotels I have visited, the front entrance is always accessible. You us the hotel room keys if you use other entrances. Then there is a notice on the room key pouch to always secure the door with the deadbolt; keep valuable secure… This alerted me to the fact that the area may not be 100% safe. However, this apprehension was removed, when we checked out and my wife forgot her hand bag with wallet and family passports in it. One of the house keepers came running and found us still putting our stuff in the vehicle to alert us that we forgot the bag on the table. My wife went back to pick it up. A plus for that housekeeper. The night receptionist, however, has a cold presence. She addresses people as if she is not engaged with their presence. Overall, the service is very good. Great value for the buck; I will recommend it to those who want to visit Niagara Falls.

This was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

We booked our stay at Niagara Fallview Hotel by IHG at the last minute, and we were pleasantly surprised that they were still able to provide us with a room with a partial river view. The hotel’s location is excellent — it is very close to the main attractions and within walking distance to many popular spots. It is also next to Tower Hotel and Marriott, which makes exploring the area very convenient. The room was not very large, but it was clean and comfortable for our family. The hotel provided fresh towels and basic room cleaning every day. The bedding was not changed daily, but it was changed every three days, which is reasonable. Kids stay free, and the hotel was also happy to provide extra towels for the children. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was a nice place for young kids to play and enjoy some time after sightseeing. The restaurant downstairs was just okay, but there are many dining options nearby. Parking can be a little challenging — the underground parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel does provide an alternative parking option a few blocks away, which is about a 5–10 minute walk. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The location, cleanliness, family-friendly service, and the ability to get a river-view room even with a last-minute booking made this hotel a great choice. We would highly recommend it for families visiting Niagara Falls.

We come up to the Clifton Hills area a few times a year. I've had Old Stone Inn on my short list of places I've wanted to stay at for probably 3 years. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It's a unique place. What really makes it stand out are it's small features like the wooden key cards and Nespresso in the room. Or the big features like the commons patio and Fallsview market place (coffee and cinnamon roll were so good). The staff was amazing and helpful. They even told us how to get down to the Falls from the hotel. There was happy hour and live music and we were able to see the Falls fireworks from the patio. Charging things to the room was so simple. It was extremely comfortable and quiet as well. I can't wait to stay here again.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and to formally lodge a severe complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions of my stay at your property from 2 july to 3 july. My experience was nothing short of disastrous, characterized by an uninhabitable room environment, a blatant lack of accountability from your staff, and an absolute refusal by management to rectify the situation. During my stay, the climate control in my room was entirely inoperable. I approached the reception multiple times in a desperate attempt to resolve the issue: First Instance: The technician dispatched to my room explicitly admitted that the entire system was fundamentally broken due to a severe heating malfunction. Second Instance: The ”solution” provided by your staff was a completely ineffective portable fan. This gesture did absolutely nothing to alleviate the stifling, oppressive heat. The room remained a sweltering, suffocating box, utterly depriving me of sleep for the entire night. Third Instance: Exhausted and distressed, I went down to the reception a third time. Rather than moving me to a functional room, the overnight staff completely deflected responsibility, telling me there was nothing more they could do and instructing me to speak directly with management in the morning. The situation deteriorated further the next morning. When I approached the manager to demand a resolution for this intolerable ordeal, I was met with total dismissal. The manager callously deflected all accountability, claiming that because my booking was made through a third party, he ”cannot help with anything” and ”cannot do anything” to fix their own property's failure. Instead of taking ownership of a severe breach of hospitality standards, the manager simply handed me this email address to deal with the problem myself. Let me be entirely clear: a third-party booking does not excuse a hotel from providing basic, habitable living conditions. I did not pay to spend a sleepless night suffocating in a health hazard, nor did I pay to be brushed off by your on-site management. Because your property failed to provide a liveable room and your management failed to handle the crisis, I demand a full, immediate refund for this stay. If this matter is not addressed promptly and with the gravity it deserves, I will escalate this complaint to your corporate office, notify the booking platform of your refusal to cooperate, and publicly expose this experience online. Very satisfy with the service and facility. The breakfast is very very good. Service and view are both amazing.

I generally liked my stay, but there were a couple of things that could use some improvement. The bathroom amenities were a bit lacking instead of the small individual toiletries, it would be great to have full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Even a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner would be a nice touch. Additionally, the fan in the room wasn't working properly, so maybe that could be fixed, I felt pretty hot when the fan didn't work properly when I was taking shower. Other than those issues, everything else was fine. Free breakfast are good.

Horrible room #210. View was a window washing stage right at window. Compressor or machine of some kind ran all night. Hotel was booked solid with competitions and other Wyndham hotel guests were there due to water problems at hotel. I booked early so should have gat a decent room. Booked for 3 nights, left after 2. Felt like the worst room in the basement!! Have been numerous time with no issues at all. Ruined my birthday weekend. Maybe because we booked through you…is that possible??

The hotel is across from a shopping mall, but a bit far from the falls, requiring a drive. The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. I had read reviews that the hotel was double-charging, and I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk what was included in the room rate upon check-in, but was still charged upon check-out.
