Toronto Hotels with Balcony

Stepping inside, it immediately felt like coming home. I was greeted in Chinese, a welcome and long-missed feeling after being away for so long. The hosts were incredibly warm and even offered me some delicious stuffed flatbread. We chatted, and I even managed to do my laundry. The best part was finding a running store, Running Room, right outside the door – a place I'd been searching for ages! I was thrilled to get a new pair of running shoes. Staying at a B&B offers a completely different experience compared to a hotel. The room was so comfortable; it was the best night's sleep I've had in days. If I had to pick a con, it would be that there's only one, rather small, bathroom. It so happened that a friend came to meet me and was waiting outside while I urgently needed to use the restroom. However, an elderly gentleman was in there, and I had to wait for what felt like a very long time, probably about 10-15 minutes. Besides that, everything was absolutely perfect!

The cleanliness was subpar; it felt like the room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, and there were even stains on the duvet. On the plus side, the breakfast was good, and the location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Union Station with plenty of dining options nearby.

Very comfortable and housekeeping is very good. The down stair LANO restaurant is the best place to have a cup of coffee, there are all kind and nice waitresses and waiters. The TOCA restaurant offers the best breakfast options in everyday. It’s a great 8days staying memory.

There was a constant noise coming from the toilet that prevented us from getting any rest. Even though a technician came, he couldn't fix it. However, everything else was fine. We had a good stay!

Ideal location for any downtown Toronto activity week with family or friends, 15 min walk to core downtown. 2 bed rooms one does not have a window but perfect for a peaceful sleep. View from the 37th floor of the downtown core and CN tower.

We had a bad start upon arrival because we hadn't received any instructions for entry and were left waiting outside the building for hours, trying to get directions. It was only after contacting Trip support that I managed to get in touch with the relevant person, who then provided me with the location and method to retrieve the keys. We really liked the apartment; the location is excellent, and the amenities provided were top-notch. We were without hot water for more than a day, but it seemed to be a building issue. Of course, we only discovered this in the shower; we could have been warned in advance. Let's just say the main flaw was the lack of proactive communication. Overall, we were still satisfied and would choose it again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect location for a few days. Loft PH18, city and water views. Fully equipped loft. Convenience store, pharmacy, and all kinds of restaurants nearby. Tourist attractions just a short walk away, and the harbourfront is very close. Lots of virtual communication to complete the reservation; you need to monitor and follow up on numerous messages, but once completed, the information is very well explained in our personal portal.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

房間乾淨整潔 明亮舒適 設施齊全，窗外就是yonge街，對面就是超市，非常滿意。入住衹要按照房東的指引還是比較順利的。有地下車庫，出門旁邊就是地鐵，不管是自駕遊還是自由行都非常方便！

Not bad – but the hotel description lacks precision. The apartment had two shared bedrooms. We were a couple with a child, and the toilet was shared, with two doors between the two rooms, offering no privacy. The other guest occupied all the living room and kitchen space, working late into the night. This meant we were confined to our room so our little one wouldn't disturb them. Thankfully, it was only for two nights, and we spent our days out.
