2-Star Hotels in Toronto

Friendly staff at front desk, smooth check-in. There’s everything you need in the sparkly clean room even though i stayed the smallest room. Laundry is available. Location is excellent. There is a 24-hour convenience store cross the main street. The neighborhood is lovely. Really enjoyed the stay. Will consider comeback next time.

Overall, it's pretty good and has everything you need. However, the room is really too small and feels cramped. The photos accurately depict the room, but you might be disappointed when you see it in person because the space is just so tiny.

Understanding what this place is will help with expectations. It’s not a 5 star hotel and it’s not meant to be. While there are some rooms that have a private washroom, many have a shared washroom with a couple washrooms on each level. Kind of like a hostel. If you’re looking for a place to sleep for a night or 2 in a great location in downtown Toronto, without having to spend a new car payment, then this place is great. Beds are clean and comfortable. I got a room with 2 single beds for under $130 after missing my train and needing a place to sleep until the next train in the morning. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Union Station. Service is friendly.

Comfortable and quiet. Late check-in was no problem with good communication from host. I unfortunately arrived late and left early and didn’t get a chance to speak with anyone! (Oh well maybe next time.) Plenty of on street parking, good residential neighborhood close to York area as indicated. I would stay again. Don’t expect a 5 star experience and you won’t be disappointed. Perfect for my needs.

If you are looking for a clean comfortable bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen very close to everything at a reasonable price, this is the place to be. It's not the Ritz by any stretch of the imagination, but it does the job. The check-in staff was courteous and helpful. Next time I am in Toronto, I will definitely book at the Dragon Gate Inn.

Hands down the most chill relaxed young adult hotel there is. So impressed with the smoking room. Thank you for this amenity

Park Motel, Canada, is a decent budget option with a convenient location and basic amenities. While guests appreciate the affordability and cleanliness, some mention that the property is outdated and can be noisy. Overall, it's a suitable choice for short stays if you're looking for value over luxury.

Very convenient in transportation after leaving the street car, 4 min walking to the 586 Hotel.
