A great hotel in a prime location. The Radisson Blu is situated right on the harbor. It is surrounded by iconic locations, great restaurants and attractions. The CN tower and Roger Center are just a few minutes walk. You can walk along the harbor boardwalk or sit in a nice cafe and watch planes take off and land at the small island airport just across the water.

Absolutely perfect! The location and room size were both ideal. The front desk staff were also very friendly! There's an open space in front of the hotel, which made calling an Uber super convenient! The room also had a large fridge and a wardrobe, which was very handy!

Ideal location for any downtown Toronto activity week with family or friends, 15 min walk to core downtown. 2 bed rooms one does not have a window but perfect for a peaceful sleep. View from the 37th floor of the downtown core and CN tower.

The location of the hotel is central and close to everything. The person (sorry I didnt catch your name) who checked us in was very patient and welcoming as we had a difficult time arriving in Toronto. We stayed for 2 nights, breakfast was included. The breakfast was delicious however the service was very slow. We only had breakfast once, and they didn't bring out the sides that we order and without acknowledging it was never provide. I say, unless you got time, eating breakfast at the hotel may not be a good idea. A concern is the room service. Before we left for the day, I left my makeup bag on the table zipped. After we came back, I noticed my stuff was in wrong section of the bag (like my eyeliner was in with my brushes and the small brush and lip blam from a makeup kit was out side of the kit, and an eyeshadow came out the pallet) and one item was on the floor... although I don't want assume the worst, I am suspicious of the cleaner had gone through my stuff or dropped the bag. We were rushing in Toronto and had a lot to do, so I didnt have time to make the complaint in person.

The service, amenities, and dining all meet a certain standard. It only takes about 25 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel, yet the hotel is located in the city center. I stayed in room 408 and initially thought it might be noisy being on a lower floor, but it turned out to be quite good. A special shout-out goes to Ms. Monira from housekeeping; whenever I returned, she had already quietly tidied and cleaned the room perfectly. What's even more impressive is that she would arrange my belongings according to my habits, which is incredibly thoughtful and personalized. She is a very responsible and meticulous employee. I will definitely choose Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG again next time I visit my daughter in Toronto.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

our stay here was great. A bit far from toronto cuz of the traffic but the service and amenities were great. I would have to say though that their air conditioning might need an upgrade as it could get really loud and stops from time to time. This could just be the room that we got but nonetheless, for the price, this was a great hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was of good quality, and the transportation was convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle bus was punctual and on time. It's a Holiday Inn that's very suitable for layovers. Although the hotel decor isn't luxurious, it's not as run-down as some reviews claim; I'd say the facilities are actually well-maintained. The only negative experience was with the shuttle bus driver in the morning. He just stood at the bus door waiting for tips. If he had helped with luggage, a tip would be deserved. This guy didn't even get off to help; he just tidied up the luggage rack on the bus, and then extended his hand to help steady us when we got off, all while expecting a tip. That's a bit much. You should provide good service to earn a tip, not just hold out your hand without doing any work.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I felt the photos we saw when booking were misleading - it appeared larger and said the square footage was between 850-950sqft and our suite was nowhere near that size. The two beds and the sofa were so crammed in that you couldn’t open one of the cupboards and it was difficult to get to the second bed without squeezing against a wall. We did move the desk and table/chairs to make a little more spaceand to me, the layoutsakee more sense the way we left it - with the desk against the window and the table in the little room. The photos made it look like the beds were in a separate room than the sofa/kitchen. It’s possible we were put in the wrong kind of room? There are absolutely no extras here - no pots and pans or ice cube trays. We had 3 plates and one glass in the cabinets. No silverware or dish soap and no detergent for the dishwasher (not that there was anything to put in there). The hotel appeared pretty clean but we also were missing sheets for the pullout. The team did bring us two flat sheets to use and they said they only had one extra pillow (which was fine since the beds had 4 pillows each).

The location is convenient. You can get to the downtown Eaton Centre by taking bus 34 and then transferring to subway line 1. The hotel breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM and costs $15 per person, but the selection is just average. The room is spacious but a bit dated and has a small balcony. The pool also seems popular with many people swimming.
