"The hotel is clean with a spacious, comfortable room. The location is close to airport with shuttle service available. The pool and hottub are a good way to relax before or after travel. There was no staff available to assist with luggage and diffucult to pull the luggage on the carpeted hallways. Also, the bar and cafe were understaffed and wait time was too long. I wanted healthy food options like fruit but hotel had nothing for purchase and there were no nearby convenience stores or markets. A 20 minute taxi to shop. I suggest to bring with you to hotel. However, there are some fast foid restaurants and steakhouse restaurants in walking distance."

"The service, amenities, and dining all meet a certain standard. It only takes about 25 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel, yet the hotel is located in the city center. I stayed in room 408 and initially thought it might be noisy being on a lower floor, but it turned out to be quite good. A special shout-out goes to Ms. Monira from housekeeping; whenever I returned, she had already quietly tidied and cleaned the room perfectly. What's even more impressive is that she would arrange my belongings according to my habits, which is incredibly thoughtful and personalized. She is a very responsible and meticulous employee. I will definitely choose Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG again next time I visit my daughter in Toronto."

"The hotel staff were excellent. Incredibly friendly and really tried hard to break our shy little guy's shell. Our TV wouldn't work, which was an issue, but the biggest problem was at check in. When we reserved the room and prepaid online, it said that no credit card was required to stay here. This is not the case at all. The management was very kind and able to help us, but we witnessed others who were experiencing the same issue. THEY REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD"

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

The hotel is in a great location. Although it is a very historic hotel, it is very well maintained and does not feel old. The room was huge. The decoration style is very classical. The hotel's service was also very good. When we asked where there was a microwave, they brought one directly to our room, along with cutlery. Booking on Ctrip is affordable and highly recommended!

Exceptional Stay at the InterContinental Toronto The InterContinental Toronto offers an unbeatable, central location that makes sightseeing incredibly easy. The standout feature of our stay was the outstanding, warm service from the friendly staff, who went above and beyond from check-in to check-out. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a fresh and varied selection of high-quality options. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city—we will definitely stay here again!

I was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

This hotel was incredibly arrogant and rude! We booked for a week, stayed only two days, and then they moved us to a lower-class room, claiming it was for water issues and repairs. The very next day, they gave our original room to other guests. Only after we argued did they refund the price difference for the lower-class room. By the way, I lost my phone during my stay. I wouldn't recommend staying here; there are better options downtown.

There was a constant noise coming from the toilet that prevented us from getting any rest. Even though a technician came, he couldn't fix it. However, everything else was fine. We had a good stay!

Very comfortable and housekeeping is very good. The down stair LANO restaurant is the best place to have a cup of coffee, there are all kind and nice waitresses and waiters. The TOCA restaurant offers the best breakfast options in everyday. It’s a great 8days staying memory.

A great hotel in a prime location. The Radisson Blu is situated right on the harbor. It is surrounded by iconic locations, great restaurants and attractions. The CN tower and Roger Center are just a few minutes walk. You can walk along the harbor boardwalk or sit in a nice cafe and watch planes take off and land at the small island airport just across the water.
