"This guesthouse is run by a couple. It's close to the airport, so the price is more affordable, making it a common choice for transit passengers, which means it's further from the city center. We (two of us) chose a family room for four and stayed for four nights. We noticed the bathroom wasn't cleaned regularly, so it got dirtier each night, though it was still within an acceptable range. The couple running the place were very friendly and even gave us some ingredients to cook ourselves, which was great."

"The room was clean and quiet, and even though there were a lot of guests, breakfast was Western-style with bread, fresh milk, fresh yogurt, bananas, apples, sausages, boiled eggs, and mashed potatoes. If you're not used to it, bringing some pickled mustard stems as a side dish will do, as there aren't any vegetables, but an apple works. Hot water, disposable cups, coffee, and tea bags are available 24/7 next to the bar. The staff were very welcoming. Luggage storage and airport transfers are both free. There's a shuttle service every half hour for airport transfers; just call the front desk when you arrive, and the car will depart. The driver was very helpful and actively assisted with carrying our luggage."

"The staff were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival, always willing to assist with anything we needed. However, when we first entered our room, there was a very strong smell of paint. We were told it had just been painted, but the odor was so intense that staying there would likely have caused discomfort, so we requested a room change. They accommodated our request, although the only available option was a smaller unit.
Another point worth noting is that Trip.com indicates the hotel accepts a cash deposit, but at check-in we were informed that only card payments were allowed, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room had some constant noises throughout the day and night — I couldn’t identify the source, and they continued even with the air conditioning turned off.
There is also a vending machine right at the hotel entrance, but it was not working properly. I inserted money and did not receive the products; however, the front desk staff promptly assisted me and helped resolve the situation, which I appreciated.
Aside from these issues, the hotel offers good value for the price, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions."

GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay. The property is brand new, everything’s clean and very well maintained. The unit was spacious, modern and neat, all great. Staff were all great, easy communication and willingness to help at anytime. The property also features a gym which we haven’t had time to try but I’m sure it’s lovely. Would def recommend!
While this didn’t impact the quality of our stay, feedback to housekeeping would be to have hangers in the bathroom (not much space to hang towels) and to provide milk and water to guests on arrival. The property does a great job with extending complimentary coffee beans for an experience but with no milk it’s a bit too strong for non-regular coffee drinkers.

AAnonymous UserGreat location, walking distance to most places of visit. Hotel is really comfortable, lots of space to hang your clothes. Toilet was huge, with heated flooring! Soap provided was L'Occitane which smells so good! Staff at the Front desk were really helpful and friendly. Voucher available for bike rental for a day in Stanley park.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located at a prime location, with train stations nearby directly linked to the airport. There are also many restaurants along the way and walkable to all tourists spots. Very safe neighbourhood with office buildings surrounding. It can be a bit loud at night due to the ambulances but that’s something that can’t be avoided anywhere in the city.
The breakfast option however is disappointing especially for the lack of vegan options. Breakfast are on an ala carte basis and gratuity is not inclusive. This means that breakfast averages to about $15-20 per breakfast which better options are available around the area with great variety.
Hotel staff are polite and kind.

GGuest UserThis is our first night stay in Canada and it was amazing! The place sits in a very quiet neighbourhood and the room was very comfortable with a cozy bed. It is so amazingly clean. On top of that, the common area has everything we need from washer, dryer, coffee machine to microwave. It feels just like home! 😊 It is very quiet too, which we like it very much.
Although, not much eateries around within walking distance but it was good enough
We will definitely come again if we have a chance and also recommend it to our friends
By the way, instructions on self check in/out was very clear, so everything is very smooth.

GGuest UserAmong the many hotels in Vancouver, this one truly stood out. The location was fantastic, the price including breakfast was great, and the staff's kindness was simply amazing beyond words. Perhaps because it's a residence hotel, the room was incredibly spacious, and the kitchen facilities were well-equipped. It would be 100% satisfying for families or for longer stays. From now on, whenever I'm in Vancouver for business, I won't even consider other hotels; I'll book this one directly.

Ssome3750The hotel is in the center of Yaletown, it is convenient to eat anywhere and there is a great location. The staff is super friendly and can respond to any needs immediately.
The room is small but the room type is very good. The bed is very comfortable.
The equipment is a bit old and there are some sanitary corners, but they are all small problems ～ Overall very good ～

EEmily BarnerWe had room 307 which had a living room, microwave and garden area to sit outside - all for one of the lowest rates of hotels we were looking for downtown! Very happy with our room, the hotel and its location! Highly recommended. It was easy to use Lyft from the airport. There were lots of shops and restuarants and cafes nearby, even great grocery stores. While there are many homeless people around Vancouver, we never felt unsafe - it's really OK, and this hotel is in a perfect location.

GGuest UserExcellent location! Step out of the hotel and turn left, and you'll find the Burrad subway entrance. Downstairs, there's Starbucks, McDonald's, and Tim Hortons. Turn right for RBC Bank, and just two blocks away are Lululemon, Roots, Aritzia, and the luxury shopping street. You can indulge in a seafood feast at Black and Blue or Coast, or take a pleasant walk to Stanley Park and the Steam Clock. Truly a superb location!
