"This is our 3rd time to stay at the hotel and we have always been pleased with the service and the amenities for the price we paid. The room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom , TV, heater, coffeemaker, ref, water kettle, hair dryer and of course wifi. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are attentive to our needs. We booked an airport shuttle which is free of charge and they made sure we will arrive on time to the airport, William, the driver was great ( they called a taxi service in case the shuttle does not arrive but it was not needed at the end). Breakfast had a good variety of bread, coffee, drinks, egg.and ham. There's also a.microwave to heat up food. Also, its a 7 minute walk to the CF richmond center where you can buy stuff and food. They also have a vendo machine for quick bites and drinks near the elevator.Overall, this hotel made sure our stay will be best."

"Although it's a bit far from the city center, there was a bus stop right in front of the accommodation with buses heading downtown, so getting around was absolutely no problem. In fact, I preferred it, as it was a quiet residential area and I got to stay in a spacious house!
Having a private room meant I could move around freely without feeling self-conscious. While the bathroom and shower were shared, the bathroom was right outside my door, so it felt almost private. I also never had to wait for the shower, which was great!
The kind host always responded quickly to messages! It was such a wonderful place that I'd love to stay there again if I ever visit Vancouver. Thanks to them, I had a very happy stay. Thank you! 🥰"

"This hotel is truly excellent! The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. The breakfast is especially great for kids – even though it's mostly 'Western food,' my child loved it. Plus, there are two large Asian supermarkets nearby, which is a huge bonus! Seriously good, I highly recommend it."

"The staff were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival, always willing to assist with anything we needed. However, when we first entered our room, there was a very strong smell of paint. We were told it had just been painted, but the odor was so intense that staying there would likely have caused discomfort, so we requested a room change. They accommodated our request, although the only available option was a smaller unit.
Another point worth noting is that Trip.com indicates the hotel accepts a cash deposit, but at check-in we were informed that only card payments were allowed, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room had some constant noises throughout the day and night — I couldn’t identify the source, and they continued even with the air conditioning turned off.
There is also a vending machine right at the hotel entrance, but it was not working properly. I inserted money and did not receive the products; however, the front desk staff promptly assisted me and helped resolve the situation, which I appreciated.
Aside from these issues, the hotel offers good value for the price, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions."

GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay. The property is brand new, everything’s clean and very well maintained. The unit was spacious, modern and neat, all great. Staff were all great, easy communication and willingness to help at anytime. The property also features a gym which we haven’t had time to try but I’m sure it’s lovely. Would def recommend!
While this didn’t impact the quality of our stay, feedback to housekeeping would be to have hangers in the bathroom (not much space to hang towels) and to provide milk and water to guests on arrival. The property does a great job with extending complimentary coffee beans for an experience but with no milk it’s a bit too strong for non-regular coffee drinkers.

The apartment was well-equipped, especially the super-fast Wi-Fi, which was great for looking up information online. The washing machine and dryer were exactly what I needed. They even provided coffee and tea bags, which was a thoughtful touch. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located at a prime location, with train stations nearby directly linked to the airport. There are also many restaurants along the way and walkable to all tourists spots. Very safe neighbourhood with office buildings surrounding. It can be a bit loud at night due to the ambulances but that’s something that can’t be avoided anywhere in the city.
The breakfast option however is disappointing especially for the lack of vegan options. Breakfast are on an ala carte basis and gratuity is not inclusive. This means that breakfast averages to about $15-20 per breakfast which better options are available around the area with great variety.
Hotel staff are polite and kind.

The room is small but the room type is very good. The bed is very comfortable.
The equipment is a bit old and there are some sanitary corners, but they are all small problems ～ Overall very good ～

The room is spacious and comes with a kitchen, including utensils, a fridge, and a dishwasher, but no in-room washing machine. There's a communal laundry room, a swimming pool, and a gym. Toiletries are not provided, and the decor is a bit dated.

GGuest UserExcellent location! Step out of the hotel and turn left, and you'll find the Burrad subway entrance. Downstairs, there's Starbucks, McDonald's, and Tim Hortons. Turn right for RBC Bank, and just two blocks away are Lululemon, Roots, Aritzia, and the luxury shopping street. You can indulge in a seafood feast at Black and Blue or Coast, or take a pleasant walk to Stanley Park and the Steam Clock. Truly a superb location!

GGuest UserThe staff were very patient and helpful. The manager let us to check in early in the morning when our flight arrived, which was appreciated.
The location is excellent and the room was spacious and cozy. It had a nice lake view. The included in-room breakfast had a variety of tasty options.
The Lobby floor restaurant ‘Honey Salt’ had high quality food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed dining there.
Overall, this was a great hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms and location were very comfortable. Both the in-room breakfast and restaurant options were excellent values. I would highly recommend staying here.

GGuest UserWe knew this was an older hotel, but we booked here because of its location to the hospital. Even with my husband's limited mobility, he was able to walk to the hospital and then return to the hotel for a nap- absolutely perfect for us. The room met all our needs other than the TV was not 'smart' so we couldn't watch Netflix.
