Guest UserIt’s a small Onsen with few rooms but that made our stay more relaxing and comfortable. Attentive services with an eagerness to explain everything to you despite the language barrier. The outdoor private Onsen was a plus that we enjoyed very much. The downside was the aged room and toilet we got. However, this was compensated by the food that was absolutely fantastic and unsuspectly filling 😋

LvyiSaw the shuttle sign right outside Gero Station and got to the hotel smoothly. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and there was even a Chinese-speaking staff member who guided us and introduced everything, which made us feel very comfortable checking in. The room was quite spacious, and we enjoyed the tatami experience. The sukiyaki beef for dinner was delicious.
