"The hotel service was very thoughtful, and they even had staff who spoke Chinese. The room was very comfortable. We booked a private onsen, which was wonderful, and the room itself was spacious, bright, and fully equipped. There was plenty of hot water, and the bedding was comfortable and warm. The public bath was also clean, tidy, and well-appointed. The hotel's location is excellent, and they even provide a free shuttle bus, which was a very considerate touch. There's a Lawson convenience store nearby, making it super convenient for shopping. It was also very easy to visit the nearby Shirakawa-go village. Our vacation and leisure experience was fantastic. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were abundant and delicious. Thank you for your excellent service!"

"The hotel is close to the river, a little distance from the Gerv Hot Spring Street, the gate is closed at 6 pm, it is not convenient to enter the door, the dinner is actually Western food, not very delicious, the double room is a 150 bed, friends travel is not convenient, 2000+ room rate is not recommended to live here, hot springs are OK, It is the most cost-effective hotel on this trip to Japan."
