Kobe Hotels with Balcony

This was the kids' favorite hotel during our 15-day trip to Japan. The mountain scenery is beautiful, it's very quiet, and the air is fresh. We had a lot of fun making a fire, cooking, and having a BBQ together. The house is well-maintained, clean, refreshing, and warm enough. The staff are all very friendly and always provide timely assistance. The hotel's paid shuttle service can take you to some nearby attractions, which is also very convenient.

The hotel offers private hot springs, and guests can book a time slot after check-in. There are both indoor and outdoor options, with four types each, ensuring excellent privacy. This is a great alternative for those who might feel uncomfortable using public hot spring pools. Some rooms also have their own private hot springs, but these are all ”silver springs”; if you wish to experience a ”golden spring,” you need to make a reservation. The hot spring environment is clean and hygienic, and the facilities are comprehensive. The shower rooms are spotless. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel also provides a dedicated shuttle service; simply inform the front desk where you'd like to go, and you can also call them to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel after you're done exploring. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a beautiful view, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The room decor is very stylish, and the appliances are all the latest. The service was excellent, and I had a great rest. We opted for breakfast in the room and enjoyed the sunrise and sunset there – it was wonderful. There's also a self-service snack bar with drinks on the 3rd floor – don't miss it! If the weather is nice, be sure to take a walk or bike ride around the hotel area 🚲 – it's so relaxing 😌 I've stayed at several hotels in this area, and this is definitely the best value for money and most comfortable!

The hotel is not located near bus station and transportation is required to the hotel. If you cannot contact the hotel for the transfer (like our case) head on to the tourist information centre and they will help you to contact them for the transportation. Check in is strictly after 2pm, but they will offer to take your luggages to the hotel first while you explore around the Arima Onsen vicinity. Contact them again via information centre when you are ready to check in to the hotel. We were greeted by a lady that dressed up in kimono and guided us to the check in counter. The room is spacious and clean. The view is spectacular and you can hear the birds chirping here and there. The environment is totally pleasant and peaceful. The onsen is very therapeutic and our body feel rejuvenated after soaking. As we opt for room-in Kaiseki dinner, we are able to enjoy full privacy while eating the sumptuous course of dinner that serves by a friendly lady attending to us. In all, it is a great experience.

We stayed at Negiya Ryofukaku in Arima Onsen during the maple leaf season, opting for the West Wing's deluxe Japanese-Western mixed room with a mountain view. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making us feel truly comfortable. Looking out the window, the mountain was ablaze with vibrant red maple leaves, like a flowing oil painting—the scenery far exceeded our expectations. Upon check-out, the hotel even thoughtfully arranged a car to take us to Arima Station, which was incredibly convenient.

Excellent stay! I was in town for Ayumi Hamasaki's concert, and the venue was right across the street, just one block away. The hotel is also conveniently located near Citizen's Plaza Station, which is why I chose it. The hotel itself is grand and impressive, with a spacious and comfortable lobby. I arrived in the morning before check-in, so I relaxed in the lobby. There's even a convenience store inside the hotel, making it easy to grab anything you need. The room was very spacious, and the window offered a great view. While it's an older hotel, what truly matters is the comfort and overall feeling for guests, not just having the newest gadgets or facilities.

I was on a solo trip in Kansai for a week, and this was by far the best hotel I stayed at. It's incredibly affordable yet very spacious – I had no problem opening my suitcase. There's even a separate small table, which was super convenient for eating. The bathroom, for a Japanese unit bath, was surprisingly large and had a standard-sized bathtub, not a sit-down type. Plus, the location is truly excellent. It's right next to Sannomiya Station, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and exploring. A short walk takes you to the Old Foreign Settlement Daimaru, which is great for shopping and a leisurely stroll. Meriken Park is also just about a 15-minute walk away. The only minor drawback was that there was road construction in front of the hotel entrance, so I had to use a small path to get in. However, there was no noise, and it didn't really impact me as a tourist. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kobe.

I likes staying in Kobe,its a great city, i stayed for 3 nights then extended my stay for another night and was considering staying much longer but the price to stay started of ok ,then when I extended the price when up a little, then when I went to book again the price was insanely high,so I moved out The guy running the hostel was nice I'd recommend staying there if it were $20 odd dollars a night but not what trip.com had it advertised for on Saturday night

In addition to free drinks, juice and coffee, red wine and white wine are provided every afternoon, allowing guests to soak in the hot spring bath to relax their body, mind and soul and enjoy a leisurely and carefree travel experience.

The hotel is located in a somewhat remote area on a mountain, but they offer a shuttle service. We called the hotel from the visitor center, and a car arrived within minutes. Since we had stayed at another onsen hotel the previous night with luggage storage, we asked the driver if he could take us to collect our luggage before checking into Arima Princess Hotel. He readily agreed. The service was excellent. The hotel has indoor red bath (lighter) and silver bath, but unfortunately, there's no open-air bath. They also took us to the station when we left.
