Amazing
GGuest UserIt was our first ryokan experience and it was absolutely stunning. There are a few rooms in ryokan and we were the only guests for that night. The room was very spacious and had tiny cute details. Onsen and kaiseki dinner became absolute favorites. The dinner and breakfast were served in our room that added intimacy to the process. Everything was delicious.
The ryokan team was super friendly and ready to help with all the questions we had. As we were the only guests, we were allowed to use the onsen together as the private one — wow!
It was truly authentic experience — we would definitely recommend to visit this place.

MMoliaifenxiangI was really happy to book such a great value-for-money hotel! It's a shame the private onsen rooms were so popular and fully booked. We just took what we could get, and it felt like opening a mystery box. The sunroom was actually pretty good, accommodating up to four people with two single beds and two futon sets. We booked the 'one night, two meals' plan. We could reserve our dinner and breakfast times upon check-in and just show up on time to eat – delicious and filling! 👍 The hotel also included two private onsen reservations. We went for a soak at 10 PM on the first night, and again at 10 AM after breakfast on the second day, which was perfect as check-out was at 11 AM. The hotel staff were excellent, warm, and polite. We even met the legendary driver who speaks Chinese, which felt a bit familiar and comforting 😁 The shuttle service starts at 3 PM in the afternoon, and if you want to go to the shopping street, the driver will even take you there. I genuinely recommend this hotel to everyone!

CCC~shThe hotel's location is excellent, right on a shopping street. There's a 7-11 to the left downstairs, and plenty of drugstores nearby. It's very close to Shin-Kobe and Sannomiya stations. If you want to go to Kobe Port, it's just over a kilometer's walk. The value for money is superb. Next time I come to Kobe directly from Shanghai, I'll definitely stay here. The front desk service was also great. I traveled alone in Japan, and Kobe was my last stop and also where I found the most satisfying hotel. The room facilities were complete, and overall cleanliness was quite satisfactory.

AAnonymous UserNot sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

CChristian SteinertSlightly older, but clean hotel with perfect location near the train and bus station. Countless Food, Café‘s and Bars around. We took the bus to Osaka Airport which is a 5min walk from the hotel and goes regularly. 7-Eleven just downstairs. Only had the choice for smoking rooms, but for me as a non smoker it was more or less okay. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well.

The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options that cater to different taste. However, one point to note is that the breakfast charge of JPY700 applies even for young children. In our case, my 6-year-old did not eat much, so the value felt limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the location and breakfast variety are definite highlights
