"I had an overall average stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which I really appreciated after a long day. The staff were also nice, welcoming, and helpful.
However, the biggest downside was the noise. Despite my room not facing the street directly, I could still hear a lot of outside noise during the night, which made it difficult to sleep properly. Soundproofing could definitely be improved.
In summary, it’s a decent place with friendly service and clean rooms, but not the best choice if you’re a light sleeper."

"The hotel is located in a very safe and clean area. They provide a parking in the basement for free. The hotel is very clean and smells good everywhere. The staff are very helpful and support you in calling taxis and carrying luggage. The rooms are well equipped. Bring your own slippers. I booked a triple room for my two daughters and me and they upgraded for free to an executive suite. It was very cozy. The breakfast formula has many options so that you create your meal as you want to. It is close to many sites that you may plan to visit.
We truly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the hotel."

"Perfect location. The hotel is spotless throughout, with compact but very clean rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good and enjoyed at the rooftop facility. Staff members are friendly and helpful, and getting around as a tourist is very easy. The 24-hour reception is a great bonus, and the cleaners do an excellent job. Highly recommended. Excellent hotel! It's in a very convenient location with cafes nearby. There's a beautiful courtyard, all designed in a traditional style. The staff are very polite. There's a pleasant restaurant on the rooftop, and in the evening, you get a beautiful view of the city. The excellent and hearty breakfast is definitely worth a special mention. Make sure to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush, as the hotel doesn't provide them.

This hotel is located in the center of Tunisia and is an old hotel. As soon as I entered the hotel, I saw the big boss of the hotel supervising the work at the front desk. The boss also walked back and forth and helped with the management of the hotel. This was very impressive. The boss is polite and warm. I booked a suite this time and it was very clean and comfortable. The most unique thing is that there is a stool in the bathtub. This is specially arranged for the elderly or travelers with limited mobility. This is very thoughtful and deserves praise. It was very peaceful to sleep at night. The suite has a balcony with city views. The room includes meals, and the food is local specialties and delicious. I will stay at this hotel next time I go to Tunisia.

The hotel is really well located at the entrance to the Medina. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good if you like Tunisian-style. The shower needs some work as the shower head would not stay up (my father’s room was the same). Otherwise a good stay. Will be back later in the week.

The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is spacious and easy to use, the hotel is in a prime location with very convenient transportation. The surrounding restaurants are convenient and delicious and inexpensive!
Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy outside, which affected my sleep. The breakfast was delicious but there were not many varieties.

The hotel is in the heart of the medina. The hotel manager met us at the car park and we had to walk quite a way to arrive at the hotel. The experience is one not to miss. The hotel is centuries old and they have kept the vibe of that time in the decorating. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was simple but had everything we need and it was good.

Good breakfast, good location, good environment, out of the hotel door, go straight for more than 400 meters, just a local large supermarket, Tunisia mall. Shopping is convenient. Slippers are not provided in the hotel, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, you need to bring your own.
