"I had an overall average stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which I really appreciated after a long day. The staff were also nice, welcoming, and helpful. However, the biggest downside was the noise. Despite my room not facing the street directly, I could still hear a lot of outside noise during the night, which made it difficult to sleep properly. Soundproofing could definitely be improved. In summary, it’s a decent place with friendly service and clean rooms, but not the best choice if you’re a light sleeper."

"It was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that. Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip. Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety."

"Unfortunately, there was only one dirty and apparently used towel in the room, even though we had booked a double room. There were hairs in every sink and even scattered around the room on the table. The bed also seemed to have been used and there were black hairs all over the blanket and pillows. WARNING: the disco plays loud music here until 1 a.m. The breakfast was lacking everything. There was no sausage or cheese. There was one coffee, juice, croissants and baguette. There was butter and one type of jam."
