Unfortunately, Trip.com on their website was advertising this hotel as opened in 2024 which was the only reason I booked it. I wanted a modem room. They have since changed the booking page to say renovated in 2024 but this is an older villa. I have no idea what renovations have been done. I stayed in Oaini and the pool looked like a liner had been installed in it. The inside is old and the bath was cracked. The couch was not comfortable at all.
However, if you love La Favela and the restaurants nearby it’s in a great spot. It was quiet and peaceful and all the staff were lovely. I would stay again if the price was tight

Found an absolute gem tucked away in the heart of Seminyak! This accommodation offers a peaceful retreat despite being perfectly positioned among bustling shops and cafés. 非常不錯，性價比很高，別墅非常大，是峇裏島之行訂的最滿意的別墅，處於鬧市區，但是鬧中取靜，除了泳池的水沒有清理的很乾凈，一個房間沒有熱水洗澡，早餐一般般之外，居住體驗還是很不錯的

Great bedrooms just needs a better Seating in lounge room. Hot water was an issue in bathrooms, and they also need a good clean Gurney. But very spacious .

The property was great value for money. The privacy and peace was gorgeous in a very central spot. Walking to shopping. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. highly recommend.
