definitely the worst place we stayed in two months of traveling around indonesia. even places that were less than half the price surpassed it in every way. already upon arrival the place looks dirty, nothing like the photos in which they clearly photoshopped the cracks in the wall full of humidity, the sheets are dirty as if they had only been stretched after the last guest left with traces of hair, as it was the last two days of the trip we decided to do nothing and stay anyway, we went out for a walk and when we returned we found that the door to our room could not be opened, the guy at reception tried to open it without success, with all our things inside, as a solution he looked for a ladder and entered through the window that faced the street since the windows do not have a lock, this makes it extremely unsafe to stay there. After an hour of trying to fix the door without success, they tell us they can give us another one on the fourth floor but the elevator doesn't work either, what a surprise, we have more than 80 kilos of luggage and they didn't offer to help us and told us that we cancel the booking and get a refound, so we decided to cancel and leave already frustrated, we spoke to trip and he recommended us to look for another place. We did that and when we were about to leave another guy appears and tells us he will help us with the luggage but at this point we already wanted to leave, after that they pass us the phone with the supposed boss saying that they were going to get the refund the money of the reservation but, another no surprise, finally they said they gave us solutions and we didn't want to take it, after we were more than an hour waiting for them to fix the lock with us sitting looking at each other. In short, I do not recommend this place at all, not even to be close to the airport, there are places at the same price or cheaper in the surroundings that will avoid you a bad time. Luckily, in the end, Trip offered us a solution, but it was for nothing thanks to this terrible hotel.
