Staying in Como uma Ubud is one of the best hotels/resorts experiences. Best breakfast ever, and the service is absolutely amazing. Already recommended it to all my friends and will definitely come back to stay again.

The service is wonderful, all waiters and waitresses are kind and helpful throughout my stay here, highly recommended. Also the Italian restaurant at the hotel is world class and the band and singer performance are professional, vibes are terrific, what a night dinning here.

Everything was perfect! Breakfast, yoga classes, pool I definitely want to come back to this hotel. The street outside the hotel has a nice atmosphere. The Italian restaurant run by the hotel is also delicious.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, after all, it is an old hotel, which is acceptable, but the service is really good. The front desk always serves with a smile, and basically all the needs of customers can be met.

Como is definitely the most perfect hotel in Ubud that I have ever stayed in! The first time I stayed in Como was at the beach in Phuket. That was a very simple and stylish design. Como in Ubud has a completely different design and style. It is a niche boutique hotel that fits the style of Ubud. Whether it is from the design style, hotel facilities, or hotel service staff, it is definitely worth coming back! The room I stayed in for the first time, I felt a little damp (it rained the day before, so the roof material was a little damp). I asked if I could change to a room without dampness. The service staff was a little embarrassed because 5/1 was basically full, but they immediately asked to help me check if there were other rooms. They quickly communicated internally and said that they could transfer a room to me first. Personally, I think that having a problem is not a problem, but not solving it immediately is a problem. The service staff of this hotel is the best service team among the boutique high-end hotels I have stayed in. As long as I have been there once, I can basically call out their names when I meet them for the second time, even the service staff in the restaurant are the same. They not only remember which coffee I had in the restaurant yesterday, but also remember where I wanted to go and how I played yesterday! This is probably the service that only boutique hotels can have! The food in the breakfast and dinner restaurant is Italian, creative but combined with the concept of health, and the ingredients are super fresh! I am a person who travels at will. I originally wanted to try different hotels in Ubud for 4 nights, so I only booked two nights on Ctrip at the beginning. When I chatted with them at the front desk, they asked me where to go next. I said I hadn’t made arrangements yet. The front desk immediately told me that there is a garden room vacant here. We will upgrade you for free. Can you continue to stay here? Knowing that I like spas, they helped me book a good spa next to it, and also provided a 1-hour free spa in the hotel. The staff of the spa will also take me to this unique spa while I am waiting for the technician (because there are mountains and forests below, and the scenery is spectacular). A perfect Ubud holiday! I will definitely come back next time!

It's a very quiet hotel and the price is quite expensive. I think it's suitable to stay for a day to experience it. The staff are very polite and always ask questions. Hotels are very special. Personally, I like more lively ones, such as Ayana. But this one is indeed quite refreshing. The service attitude of the staff is very good.

Very old pillow smells

The location of the hotel is close to the jungle, the room is damp and musty, the overall cleanliness and details are unsatisfactory: the fruit plate is broken and still delivered to the guests, the mosquito net is broken, the bed sheets are not cleaned, the mold on the wooden screen and furniture is not cleaned well It is still used in the guest room (the hotel said it was washed but there are traces). The first night of our stay, the hot water for the bathtub and shower was cold for an hour, and the water in the bathtub dried up with gray mud stains. The hotel said that they didn't know why this happened. Although they upgraded the room for us in the end, their impression of Como was really discounted. On the first night of staying in the new room, animal feces were found in the toilet and the sofa next to the swimming pool in the morning. The family members said that they found small stones in the walkway outside the door ringing in the early morning. When they woke up, they saw a big snake on the pool sofa outside. It was probably along the pool-outdoor bathroom- The toilet comes in. Fortunately, the glass doors of the bathroom and toilet are sealed, otherwise it will enter the big room. The hotel responded that we were the first guest to report a snake, saying that it might be the feces of a big gecko... Anyway, Como in Ubud is really not worth the price to live, and the food quality in the restaurant is not good Well, the poor quality of the room was one of the major regrets of this trip.
