I guess with the change in ownership they lost my reservation, and then they didn’t have enough availability for my stay. I was waiting to check in for almost 1/2 hour before finally getting a hold of someone. When he did arrive , he was apologetic about the situation but not really proactive about finding a solution for me. I was disappointed but luckily just moved to a different hotel instead.

This hotel is NOT worth the money. We stayed here in August 2023. The rooms are basic & dated and breakfast is minimal. This year I negotiated a rate for 4 nights back in April but they conveniently lost the booking and refused to honor their word and doubled the price I was quoted - even though I had kept the messages. The only thing going for this hotel is the view.
