Kubu Padi Wooden House

I stayed here for 3 nights and was fabulous. To start my stay off on a positive note, when I arrived I was quite unwell with a head cold and when I enquired as to the nearest Apotek (Pharmacy), the lovely Kadek advised me that it was 5 km away but he would arrange for someone to drive me at no cost. I booked a superior room which was not one of the wooden houses but a room that adjoined another room, Kadek offered me a free upgrade but I didn't bother because I was completely happy with my room, it was spotlessly clean, had a super large bed and great aircon. The grounds were beautiful and immaculately kept as was the swimming pool. All the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make my stay perfect. I would say the only drawback was that they do not have a restaurant on site, that said breakfast was ordered in and they would come around each afternoon to take your order and there was a couple of lovely warungs to the left of the hotel a little way up the road and to your right was the Taman Sari hotel with a some what more up market restaurant and it is not that far to get to the main street and there were several more restaurant options there. For breakfast you could choose between omelet or pancake which would be served with a plate of tropical fruit and your choice of juice, my particular favorite juices were watermelon and papaya, you could also have tea or coffee if you wished. The beach was easily accessed through the Taman Sari hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I ever get back to Permuteran

Amazing little hotel close to the beach and very quiet. Kadek and his team are perfect, helping you in any possible way. I would add a bedside lamp to be perfect 😊

Fantastic Value Great staff keen to make the stay comfortable. Captain Kadek organised our travel brilliantly. Well positioned half way between the Biorock beach and Main Street. Great place for snorkeling and Scuba.

Excellent room with a big poll in the front of our room, all staff make our holiday be comfortable and helpful Strategic location, only 5 minutes walking to the beach, near by a lots of restaurants, snorkeling spot and we had visiting the turtle project

Thanks Kadek for your hospitality. This place is a real paradise. All the staff is very very nice, speak English. The houses are terrific and clean. The warm pool is a blast. Very good Warungs close by. 5 minutes walk through a nice hotel to go the beach where I had good snorkeling, I even saw a turtle.
