The service at this hotel is excellent, the staff members are very helpful and informative. There is a swimming pool available for guests. The rooms are comfortable and the location is close to shops, the beach and restaurants.

This hotel is near with Kuta beach, easy to get food, hotel is clean, everything is ok and good. Receptions helpfull.

This is my second stay at this hotel, sadly I still feel the same that this hotel still needs a major improvement

Hotel room not clean,AC not work, toilet trouble , hot water terrible, towel bed smell, no aminites in bath room, the room smells like **** I thought from toilet bowl. When tell to receptionist they just said ok we will fix and coordinate with housekeeping but no one comes to fix or clean. Finally our guest want to Chek out because no one responded in the hotel staff. And very thankful for trip.com help to refund money.

Located in kuta area, so many things to do nearby. Sadly, this hotel isnt in good condition. So many crack on the wall.
