We had a really nice stay at the royal tulip. The staff was nice and very helpful. The hotel is a bit old but the effort is there to keep it up to standard. We were first put at the first floor in a room by the pool which was quite humid but after mentioning it to the hotel they have prepared another room for us which was perfect. No humidity or smell. We had enjoyed the gym, the pool and the very diverse breakfast. We would like to say a special thanks to Agus who was one of our best encounter in a hotel so far. He is working at the restaurant and is indeed a wonderful person. The hotel was helpful all the way and even opened the gym and pool earlier when we needed to exercise before to start our journey.

Had a great 3 days stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful, Loved the breakfast freshly made and quite a lot of varieties to choose from

We stayed in the two bedroom villa. It was comfortable and clean with a private pool as a bonus. The breakfast was just okay , nothing to rave about. The staff were really friendly and helpful. You definitely need a car when visiting the hotel for sightseeing. Overall a pleasant and peaceful stay. Close driving distance from Jimbaran beach where you can have lovely seafood.

I loved the breakfast and the activities they offer daily.

The location is far from the main city and very deserted. 25 minutes to the airport, which is good. Very quiet area with nothing to buy e.g. supermarket in walking distance. It can be depressing at times due to the location being very dark and quiet. The villa required cosmetic upgrades in the pool and washroom. AC upstairs was a concern and despite asking for help, it wasn't as expected. The staff and security guards were very friendly and helpful. The staff are the reception were very courteous but couldn't provide an extra bedsheet, for which we had to ask for an additional bed for IDR 500k per night. This was surprising. The housekeeping service was good. The food choices were fine and the restaurant staff was helpful. Kids enjoyed the foam party at the pool. SPA was good. Hard to get a taxi/Grab at times but managed it. Scooty rental was only for 1 day and had nothing to be offered at an hourly rate. Dinner choices were ok. Electricity went out an hour before we checked out with no phone working.

This hotel have everything you need. If you are looking for a getaway place that is reachable and have a great access to nearly anywhere (around 30min) to Kuta, Pandawa, and other destination, then this is your place

Big room and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is so so... need to improve for 5 star level hotel.

Simply l can call this hotel the ghost’s hotel we stayed there 3 days they were like a nightmare the hotel was so old dirty with bad smell the spiders house was everywhere in the room the furniture was dirty the breakfast was disaster terrible the flights everywhere we can’t eat so we went to the supermarket to buy some food lt was so so bad this hotel doesn’t deserve any star ooohhh bad days I can’t imagine

Very luxurious hotel in a fairly remote location. If you want to stay somewhere where you will be next to a lot of shops and restaurants, this might not be your best option. Very great for a personal retreat, or for couples seeking a bit more privacy. 

It was a good trip, nice and spacious room, just need to have more maintenance, overall is good but can be better..
