A paradise. Polite staff, checked in earlier than the appointed time. Everything is clean and wonderful. The pool was a bit in the foliage, this is understandable since it was raining. In the kitchen all the dishes are available, in the bedroom there is a TV. The open-air bathroom is just great.

We rented a villa with a garden view for a week at the very beginning of the trip. The condition of the villa is far from being the newest and we greatly overpaid for it. A little later, when I was looking for a second hotel, Villa Coco came up with an offer that was 25% lower, which is an acceptable price for her. I booked the hotel in a hurry, the day before the start of the trip. Hurry up. But overall I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. + Good location, the villa is a little in the back, so it’s quiet, but there is good access Overall I liked living in a villa rather than a hotel, it was my first experience Delicious breakfasts, to choose from the menu STAFF. Everyone is very nice, smiling and caring. We went to a meeting and agreed to look after our suitcases while we went to Ubud for a few days. Showering outside is much more comfortable than indoors)) We poisoned mosquitoes every day Geckos, very nice neighbors, lived on our first floor Your own courtyard and breakfast accompanied by birds singing ❤️ - Insects. In general, it’s not critical for me, but if you’re afraid of insects, then it’s worth considering. Ants, caterpillars, mosquitoes. There are quite a lot of them Audibility, if there are neighbors, you will feel their presence) The towels are really all tired

Absolute terrible experience, too start we arrived at around 12-1pm we had requested early check in did not hear from them too say yes or no so we assumed it was fine. We then were told we had to wait until 3 to check in we asked for somewhere aircondioned area to sit and wait as we have a 5 year old a 4 year old and a 11 month old and were told to go by the pool, the pool was dirty and gross service at the bar was terrible, so we waited another hour and then we asked reception if there was anyway too fast track the room clean and the lady was very rude and aggressive telling us there is no way they could do that, while this was all happening the apparent owner or old owner mouthed something behind my back and when I asked what she said she said she had Tourette’s and she clearly did not and was just saying something rude, my brother has Tourette’s and I find this extremely rude and sad that she has joked or claimed to have a disability that is a very serious thing that effects the life’s of a lot of people including my own. Also on the website it states that strollers/prams and baby seats were available at the villa, when we asked about this we were laughed at and told that we were lying and there is no such thing I’ve attached a photo of prove that it had got this on their website. After all of this we finally got into our villa at 2:30-3pm straight away we noticed a really bad mould smell and that the floors were not clean at all despite waiting so long for the clean, we found that all the pillows were full of mould really bad if we had of slept on them it would of made us sick mould is toxic. The shower was outside and the building above could see right into the ‘bathroom’ making it really awkward and uncomfortable to shower especially with my young children. The cutlery was dirty and gross not cleaned properly, breakfast in the morning was cold and stale and tiny portions we threw most of it away, some of the staff were very helpful but some were very rude and condescending, Overall I do not recommend going to coco villa it was an experience we will never forget and 1 star is too good for this if we could it would be -5 stars, will never be coming back and will be trying to warn everyone about this horrendous Villa, we have tried multiple times to get into contact with the Australian owners with no luck at all leaving the poor Balinese staff to try deal with this all, not happy at all and I hope no one else has to go through what we just went through so spread the word STAY AWAY FROM mould infested villa coco

This place , unit A2 in particular has a bat infestation requiring me to call room service 3 to 4 times every day as the bat throws chewed food and possibly vomit /urine over the dining table and floor area. The staff do not understand the seriousness of possible rabbies infection due to the bat bites. The creature would attempt to come and reclaim its chosen part of the villa while my family and I were having our breakfast. The place also was inundated with mosquitoes, slugs and the mosquito bites were a huge turn off. They use bug sprays and mosquito coils but what they need is to contractually engage professionals who can manage pest control. They state that tropical areas have mosquitoes, only a donkey would pay money to be bitten by mosquitoes. I liked the property and the staff but this pest problem was terrible. I will be informing the health authorities to address the bat issue at least in the villa A2. They do not serve buffet breakfast. Limited options same menu ordered in. Its frugal. Places like this must not be allowed to operate until they meet a basic acceptable level of health and safety standards.

I stayed in Villa Coco for almost 3 weeks in November 2024 and it was wonderful. The one bed Villa was gorgeous, the outlook was very tropical and relaxing, I loved hearing the Luwaks in the yard at night. The king bed was so very comfortable and quite luxurious to sleep in. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, especially all the girls on reception, I just loved them all. I plan on going back next year & will not hesitate to stay here again.

I Booked a cooking class with them but there was an error in the system, they wouldnt even reschedule to another date. It cost me 85USD. And they were transfering me from one collegue to another and the manager was not available at all. Dont book anything with them, because they are not customer friendly and helpfull at all.

The front desk is excellent and so accommodating. Especially Edna and Anton. It is in great location. The hotel arranged a pick up from the airport and the driver texted me almost every day throughout my trip which was uncomfortable but not the hotel's fault. I used Grab the rates are much better. The room number is printed on the room keys. Usually I left my keys with reception but you need it for the back door to the beach. It seems like an unnecessary security risk if someone loses their keys.

Well located, safe and comfortable villa. We had the pool villa and was comfortable. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. The bed and pillows were a tad uncomfy and need to be upgraded/ replaced. We organised our transfer to the airport through the villa only for the driver to be 45min late. If traffic and the airport are busy this could affect getting your flight so factor the unreliability of the driver into your time calculations. Id suggest organising your own transfer or booking a taxi through the bluebird taxi app. Otherwise a good comfortable stay with some improvements.

From the moment I arrived the staff were so lovely and welcoming. My room - which is essentially a small villa was stunning with a beautiful garden and seated area downstairs with a bedroom - with a mosquito net which I so appreciated. The service was wonderful. It’s lovely and tranquil - except for the inevitable building works going on around. Close to many restaurants and shops. Close to lovely spa if you go out the back gate - only a few minutes to Seminyak Beach. Absolutely loved my stay. I’ll be back ❤️

First time staying in Seminyak and at Villa Coco. We had a 5 night stay in a pool Villa. The Villa was very spacious with a kitchenette, drinking water dispenser, large separate bathroom, wrap around veranda with plenty of seating options. Very impressed with daily pool testing, evening turn down with mozzi coils put on and cleanliness of villa each day. Breakfast included each day was ok, we also found nice options not far from villa with a good coffee. The staff are friendly, fun and just amazing they could not have been more helpful with anything you requested.

Villa Coco was the best hotel we have stayed at in Bali so far!! we loved it here, gorgeous rooms, pools , very close to the beach , lovely breakfast provided every single day and delivered to your room! The place was perfect for us, and was an amazing few nights spent here that we will never ever forget. What made this place even more incredible was the staff, every single person made us feel welcome and were so helpful. Enda at reception was truly brilliant and helped us with any question we had as first time visitors to Seminyak - thank you again! Wyan and the other staff at the pool were brilliant also helping us have a lovely relaxing time. The staff also helped locate my lost sheep teddy which i would be LOST without 🤣 thank you again hero’s for this happy reunion!! The beds were comfy , lots of clean sheets and towels , amazing outdoor showers too! Definitely visit Villa Coco for a relaxing, beautiful time in Seminyak.

This was my first trip to Bali and I felt very well cared for and safe at beautiful Villa Coco. As a first timer it didn't matter what questions or problems I threw at the staff, they always 100% helped and supported me - particularly when things didn't go so smoothly. Also loved the location, pool, cooking class and breakfasts almost as much as the staff. Shout out to Enda, Tini, Wayan and the other lovely staff there whose names I didn't get. Happy new year and keep up the great work 👍
