We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Laguna, Nusa Dua. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family — warm smiles, thoughtful service, and genuine care throughout our stay.
We were celebrating our daughter’s 1st birthday, and everything was beyond perfect. The team went above and beyond to make the day memorable. A special mention to Dreams Studio Bali — they beautifully captured every precious moment of our celebration.
• Adam (Photographer): incredibly professional, patient, and talented — he made sure every shot was natural and full of emotion.
• Manu (Videographer): his creativity and attention to detail turned our memories into cinematic magic.
• Mary (Host): she coordinated everything seamlessly and made us feel completely at ease.
We truly appreciated the Laguna team’s hospitality — especially their kind gesture to extend our checkout till 3 PM complimentary, as our flight was in the evening.
The resort itself is stunning — serene pools, clean private beach, and a calm, elegant atmosphere that’s perfect for families. Every corner reflects Balinese charm and luxury.
Thank you, The Laguna, for making this milestone so special for our family. We’ll cherish these memories forever and can’t wait to return!

The hotel is set in a beautiful location near the ocean with several saltwater pools, and the overall setting is very relaxing. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.
That said, the experience wasn’t without some downsides. The hotel is on the pricier side, and at times, we didn’t feel entirely at ease or warmly welcomed—particularly in the restaurants and on the beach. One notable issue was that many guests would reserve beach spots early in the morning by leaving towels, which made it difficult to find seating later in the day. It would be helpful if the hotel addressed this behavior with clear guidelines.
Additionally, the half-board dining does not include water, which felt like a subtle but unnecessary way to increase costs. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a more inclusive approach to basic dining essentials.

Great hotel, service was top notch, we tried arwana and the pool bar and both were great, I really can't fault the hotel
Perhaps only area of improvement would be to work on the variety of meat products in the breakfast buffet but that's about it
