The room was spacious and clean. The staff were attentive and helpful. It's located in the city center with complete facilities.

The location is quite good. There are many Michelin-starred restaurants nearby. However, there was a very strong musty, moldy smell in our room. Those who are sensitive might want to keep this in mind. Also, my skin got really prickly and red, probably because the swimming pool water didn't agree with me. ㅠㅠ

Great value for money. My son and I stayed here while passing through the wonderful city of Bangkok. We chose the hotel for its location. Upon entering, there's a mini-pond with goldfish to the right. We were greeted by very friendly hotel staff. Our room with two beds was spacious at 43 sqm, on the 8th floor with a city view. There's a pool and a cafe on the rooftop. The cafe serves excellent alcoholic cocktails like "Muay Thai" and "Sex on the Beach," delicious fresh juices for every taste, and also prepares "Tom Kha Gai," French fries, and more. The pool water is clean and warm, with convenient operating hours from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The rooftop cafe is open until 10:00 PM. On the roof, there's a gym with a view of the city and the pool, equipped with dumbbells and a treadmill. Housekeeping is daily, but we hung the "do not disturb" sign as we stayed for 5 days and only requested cleaning once; everything remained clean. Water, tea, coffee, and sugar were provided daily. The hotel offers breakfast on the 2nd floor, but we wake up late and didn't need it. To the right when exiting the hotel, there's a good cafe in a row of shops. Opposite, there's a "Peking duck" place, but the prices are inflated. Soundproofing in the hotel could be better; we could hear our neighbors. The air conditioning might seem loud to some, but we turned it off at night as the room temperature was good for sleeping without it. Cafes, supermarkets, a fruit market, skewers, McDonald's, KFC, currency exchange, 7/11, Italian pizza, a cafe serving delicious shark fin soup, and massage parlors are all within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. When you exit the hotel, turn sharply left and go straight. Nearby, there's a metro station from which you can quickly reach shopping malls like Siam Paragon, IconSiam, Big C, etc. Anyone staying at this hotel will find everything they need nearby. We liked everything. Thank you! We will definitely be back! ❤️

The location is great with easy access to Sathorn Pier and street food near the hotel.

The room was large with a skyscraper view, but the window was completely scratched. Besides a large bed, there was a sofa and a small table, but everything in this hotel looks worn out and dusty. The air conditioner was very dirty; it seemed like dust was flaking off it. The hotel is located near the pier, but the path to it goes past a dumpster right on the asphalt, which is very unpleasant. There's a small pool with a bar on the hotel's rooftop, offering beautiful city views. For me, the cons of this hotel outweigh the pros, and I have no desire to return here.

I had a great stay at The Grand Sathorn Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The rooftop pool was a nice place to relax, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore Bangkok and find nearby restaurants and transportation. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! The triple room was huge! We didn't use the breakfast service as there's a good cafe nearby. The room was cleaned daily, and water/tea/coffee were replenished.

I have been coming and staying at this property for at least 5 times, if not more. What looks like an out of nowhere in Bangkok, you're quickly proven wrong as there's no short of places to eat, get a massage, a short walk to Saphan Taksin pier and BTS station. There are many cafes and stalls dotted along this quiet street. The staff is always smiling and welcoming even at ungodly hours. I arrived at 3 a.m. on my recent trip and they helped me with my luggage and smiling at 3 a.m.! I know I wouldn't, but they did...the front manager even knew my favourite room and handed me the key to the quiet corner below the pool area. The room is spacious and the A/C is blasting, I mean that's who I combat the heat of Bangkok. There's a mall within 3 minutes walking. Central Bangrak Mall has so much to offer, from groceries to cosmetics and fragrances, and even a nice,cheap sushi on the 4th floor. Okay, I better stop praising this hotel otherwise,there will be too many people staying here next time. Hahaha..but you get what I mean. A no-brainer choice for me whenever I'm in Krungthep Maha Nakhon.

Spacious rooms, very polite staff, daily cleaning, and a clean, cozy rooftop pool. The views from there are stunning. I would definitely come back again. IconSiam is also nearby.

Although there was a strange smell, the staff were friendly so it was fine. The price was also cheap, so it seems like a good place for a half-night stay. The pool had too many bugs, so I couldn't swim for long.

Overall, it was very good. Good service, clean and tidy accommodation, and convenient for travel.

A wonderful hotel, perfectly located for public transport. There are plenty of places nearby with delicious food for every budget, from small stalls to Michelin-starred establishments. A really good massage parlor is just a 3-minute walk away. The hotel is clean and quiet, and there's a rooftop pool (pool towels are provided in the room). The staff are friendly and responsive. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, shower caps, etc. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. Breakfast is substantial and tasty (buffet style). The selection isn't huge, but it's there. Egg dishes are prepared individually for each guest. There are always vegetables and fruits. It's a good hotel, but our room had a problem with the toilet not flushing. The staff responded quickly and fixed the issue.

The location is good, close to the metro and ferry terminal. The hotel itself is decent, with a shopping mall and food court nearby. However, there are some areas with piles of trash. We had a large two-room suite, but the windows don't open and the view is just rooftops. In the bathroom, no matter how you close the shower curtain, water still leaks out. The bed isn't very wide, a bit cramped for two. The air conditioning is noisy. They clean well every day and change everything. We didn't bother with breakfast, no point. There's a mini-kitchen with a microwave and a large fridge. The rooftop has a pool, a ping-pong table, a couple of exercise machines, tables, loungers, and an awning. Everything is nicely decorated. It's open until 11 PM!

The room is big and have a lot of space to share with your friends or family and the location is in the city also 7-11 is walkable and all staffs are very friendly and welcoming.
