Near to BTS Phrom Phong. Nearby has big shopping complex emporium, massage shop. This is 3rd time I stayed in this hotel Opposite site has Japanese restaurant

Location quite nice with 5min walk to BTS , it’s just the Aircon sometimes cold and sometimes slow wind, water pressure is low but acceptable , and hot water not stable

Stayed at Arawana again for its convenient location; again, a short - 1 night stay. The stuff are nice, the room was OK clean though shower might benefit from some repairs. A practical stay for a few nights.

Nice and quaint little hotel. It’s quite alright but the room is a bit small. Great location though, only a few mins walk from Phrom Phong station.

The location just 5 minute from phrom phong station(green line). The staff was very good, drinking water and clean room everyday

Hello, My name is Leonardo Velez Obregon. I was a guest at your hotel Arawana Express Phromphong from April 11 to April 16, and I believe I stayed in room 2032 on the third floor. I accidentally left a Canon camera lens in the safe. Is there any way we could coordinate a shipping process, or would it be possible for you to keep it safe until I return to Bangkok in a few days? Thank you in advance for your help.

I Bern stayed this hotel for 3 night , had own small kitchen , microwave, the location near by bts only walk 5-7 minutes to station, the staff very helpful just bit WiFi I had issues with after that all good & I will visit again sometime.

I wish to highlight my disappointment about the hotel management. I was being accused by the hotel manager of sexual harassment towards their housekeeper. On the March 19th morning, l approached/requested a favour from the housekeepers for my laundry and jokingly one of the younger lady pointing at the older lady saying " girlfriend, girlfriend " ( due to language barriers l presumes to be my girlfriend) but out of joke l say ok ok and left the hotel. At about 11 am as I forgotten my phone and came back to my room. At that time the older lady is in the process of making up my room and l say " l forgotten my phone " she handed over the phone to me. While she is doing the cleaning (90% done) l had to stand at the corridor but because due to the hot weather in Bangkok l was sweating/body is so hot. And l told her politely it's ok already and asked her to leave because l wanted to take a shower.Yes l agreed l did say " you girlfriend " out of joke and she answered no, no and left politely. About half an hour later the lady manager came and knocked on my room and finger pointing at me " you don't do that to my staff" infront of the housekeepers, l was surprised and puzzled then asked what is going on ? Followed by more confronting languages " l can check your records bcoz my husband is an immigration officer " so what 's the big deal then. When l insisted what is going on. " you hug and push my staff (old lady) onto the bed " which l totally denied. ( Luckily my room's door was kept ajar at that time.) As a manager with elephant title but with small brains, you may think you're damn smart, trying to act tough and show off, your professionalism is totally ZERO. But if a person with sounded mentality, after receiving the report from the victim, he or she should had come to me and verify the story before finger pointing thinking it's a kid games. Lastly l would like to advice the manager " ln future should you plan to plant this type of stories, please make it look like more genuine rather than a half cooked actor. And l did ask her to do investigation " WHO IS LIEING " but she reluctant to entertain my request. And from their conversations and body language l supposed the housekeepers is telling lie.

The shaower was not able to make warm water. Internet is fast and the location is very convenience with store just down stair.

I booked 4 nights at Arawana Express Phromphong but checked out after just one. While the front desk staff were kind, the condition of the room I was given was unacceptable and nothing like the photos on the booking site. Overall it felt like a total scam, and the hotel manager does not seem interested in presenting the reality of the situation to the guests. The room was small, very old, and poorly maintained. The bathroom had mould and a broken shower door, with such poor lighting it felt unsanitary. The general atmosphere was uncomfortable—it genuinely felt like cockroaches or even rats might crawl out from under the bed. Based on reviews I’ve read since, it seems this particular room has received repeated complaints. It’s unclear why the hotel still offers it. While the air conditioning worked, that's one of the only positives I can mention. Otherwise, the space was dirty, noisy, and not at all worth the price I paid. For just 5 USD more per night, I found a far better hotel literally around the corner—clean, well-lit, nice staff, and exactly as advertised. I was misled and disappointed by this experience. My hotel experiences in Bangkok have otherwise been great, but with this establishement I left after just one night because the room conditions were simply unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid booking this hotel until the rooms have been properly renovated and thoroughly cleaned. No guest should have to deal with this level of neglect, especially when the listing presents such a different picture.
