The hotel room smelled bad, and there were stains on the walls. Worst of all, the air conditioning was broken; it was extremely cold when on, and hot when off, making it completely uncomfortable. There was a sign by the bed that said "Currently out of service," which was just shocking. Despite this, the price was the same as a regular hotel, and it just seemed like they were showing disrespect to their customers under the guise of being a "traditional hotel." When I told the front desk, they just kept repeating "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," and no concrete action was taken. I never want to stay here again, and this is a hotel that should be avoided at all costs.

The carpets and sofas are very bad. The location is close to the station and the service is a bit problematic, but not bad. The breakfast is okay, but the price increase from 1,000 yen to 1,650 yen is a bit unreasonable.

I wanted to leave early to secure a local parking lot, but it would have been even better if the hotel's morning parking lot opened at 6:30 for a limited time. I will use it again if I have the opportunity. thank you very much.

酒店的位置不錯，從Jr車站西口出來一直走約5，6即可到達。但設施有些老舊。到宇都宮去是為次日前往日光更為便㨗，所付款的費用衹夠在東京住膠囊旅館，所以沒有什麼可抱怨的。

部屋は清潔で広く、快適です。もちろんアメニティも揃っています。唯一欠点を挙げるとするならば宇都宮駅から7, 8分ほど歩くことです。

立地はややＪＲよりですが、東武の駅にも歩いていけるところにあり、コンビニや繁華街に近いところも良い。 お部屋も特に申し分なく、快く過ごすことができました。 窓の開け方がよくわからなかったので、換気できなかったのが残念でした。

親切な接客でした。部屋の照明はベッド周りは明るくて、デスク周りは暗めです。PC作業するには、ベッド上なら快適でした。wifiもあります。コンビニは歩いて3分くらいのところにあります。バス停は近いですが、宇都宮駅に行くには道をわたって反対側です。雨が降っていたので、タクシーをお願いしたらすぐ呼んでくれて宇都宮駅まで500円でした。

初めて利用させてもらいました。駅からは少し距離はありますが、雨の日以外なら特に問題はないとおもいます。 昔からある様な部屋でした。ベッドも寝心地は良かったです。

問題なく宿泊できた（素泊まり）

コスパ、立派は文句なしで最高。 安く貸す専用の部屋なのか、使っていなかったのか掃除がいきとどいていない印象。電飾や窓の縁は誇りだらけ、部屋もホコリっぽい。浴室は酸味のある香りが漂う。蛇口を捻ると、最初だけではあったが錆の色のような濁った水が出た。これらが改善されれば次回も使用したい。

建物が古い､部屋中の汚い､臭いです､100年使ってると思う。
