Overall our stay is magnificent and comfortable. Weve missedplace our key card but they charge us 500 baht which was not the usual practice for an hotel.

Good location. Near good restaurants, 30-40 min riding had must visit attractions. Buffet breakfast was many chooses, delicious. Rooftop view nice. Recommended short term trip.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The night staff were quite rude and unhelpful, which made the check-in process unpleasant. In the morning, I requested a pair of slippers by calling the receptionist. I had to call three times and wait over an hour before I finally received them. The service was slow and lacked attentiveness. Definitely not the level of hospitality I expected.

I had a better experience this time. Just the “manager” I guess, had kinda mean attitude when I asked to change the because it was noisy, she first said the hotel is fully booked, after I said there’s was no one cuz the hotel is huge then she found a room far from the elevator. Other than that, no problems.

Furuma Silom is a perfect get away for families and couples.. it has a very big bathroom with a bathtub especially on the deluxe.

I would consider to stay here again. Disagree with the negative reviews here. Maybe my luck or bad luck for those with -ve reviews. The hotel is quite dated but the price is suitable for the conditions.

Family of four stayed in a family room for three nights. Room on the 10th floor. Large room, but the bathroom and toilet are very small and difficult to use. Room needs renovation. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are strong. Breakfast is delicious. Variety is decent. However, it is not a 4-star hotel. I would recommend it if it was a 3-star hotel. Location is in the center of Silom Road. There are many restaurants.

Excellent Stay at Furama Silom – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at Furama Silom in Bangkok, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city, with nearby access to public transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and great city views. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a stunning panoramic view of Bangkok – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, both local and international, and everything was fresh and delicious. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests or recommendations. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcomed. Overall, Furama Silom provides excellent value for money, combining comfort, great amenities, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

Location is tucked away from busy places. Quieter and easier to book grab. 7-11 Is right beside the hotel. Nearest BTS is about 10-15mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is indeed has aged and in dire need of maintenance makeover. Air conditioning was good and solid and not noisy. Cleanliness really depends on your luck of getting which room. Was so glad my room was clean and decent and no cockroach in sight (from the reviews I read earlier). If you purchase breakfast on the spot, it will cost 200 baht per pax. Quite decent breakfast with variety selection of pasta, instant fried noodles, pad thai, porridge, fried rice, vegies, various meat selection, pan cakes, french toast, various kind of bread, sunny side up egg or freshly cooked omelette, fruits and salad, breakfast cereals, and lastly juices, coffee and tea. Overall summary of my stay would be, worth the $$ I paid for in exchange for a comfortable experience. Ask if I would come back and stay here, yes I would.

Good location and service, the breakfast was nice.

Food was good during breakfast. Toilet was nice as well however sink clogs up really fast.

Room was not the nicest but was very large. The roof top pool is excellent and the staff are very friendly.

Hotel is dated but everything else is ok and good location for food and near malls
