Room was clean and nice. Hotel area is in the middle of all tourist spots. But there's not much in the area around the hotel. Small 7//11 is 5 mins walk. 1 kid below 12 yrs old is free. Although bed was small me and my 9 yr old slept well.Overall great place to stay. Will book again.

The hotel has a decent location and is convenient for getting around the city. The room was acceptable and suitable for a short stay. However, the toilet drainage was clogged, which was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. Overall, it is a suitable option for a quick overnight stay.

TERRIBLE – One of the Worst Experiences I’ve Ever Had I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The moment I entered the room, I was hit with a horrible, unbearable smell. The plastic door was rotten, seriously damaged, and looked very unhygienic. The walls and corners of the room were dirty and damp, completely different from what was shown in the photos. I requested a refund because the room conditions were unacceptable, but my request was refused. In the end, I had to accept losing the money for the 2 nights I had already paid, just so I could leave the place as quickly as possible. This was a truly awful experience, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel lighting was incredibly dim, and there were even a lot of bugs, with cobwebs in the corners. We were out for about an hour in the evening, and when we returned, our luggage was covered in tiny bugs. When we reported this to the front desk, they refused to help us, claiming they couldn't see any bugs. They also refused to clean our room or add an extra bed, saying that the housekeepers and cleaning staff had already left for the day. On top of that, the service attitude was really bad. One very heavy-set front desk staff member kept rolling her eyes at us and had a terrible tone, telling us to either accept their arrangements or check out and find another place to stay. This was the hotel we booked for our first night in Bangkok, and it was an extremely poor experience.
