The boss is really nice and warm-hearted. The environment is relatively new and very clean. There are only rooms for six people at most. It is very comfortable to drink, eat, and smoke in the small courtyard. There are some twists and turns in the middle, but the boss is still very good at handling things. If you choose to stay in a youth hostel on Khao San Road, it is still the first choice.

Very gracious staff, patient and tolerant even when I mistakenly booked the wrong date and appeared a day too soon. They adjusted and did so with a smile. Good location for important temples, and good food. Sam Yot MRT nearby. Stayed for four nights. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The room was clean, quiet, and properly equipped. The rain shower was large and water pressure good. I would not hesitate to recommend this heritage hotel to anyone traveling to Bangkok.

I booked two rooms for three nights. The room I was assigned at the beginning was next to the roadside. After staying for one night, it was too noisy. The motorcycles, tuk-tuk horns and the sound of the engine on the roadside. I couldn't bear it anymore, so I told the hotel that they would give me another room, and the hotel moved one to me! The sanitation is very good and the decoration is very new. It is a bit far to walk to Khao San Road, which takes 15-20 minutes. We took the children and the elderly to take tuk-tuks to Khao San Road and the Grand Palace! The Tuk-Tuk bus is a bit expensive, but the restaurant provided by the hotel is also good, good quality and cheap! If you must stay in the same room type, remember to book the more expensive one. The more expensive one faces inward and is not noisy. It is perfect.

The hotel is so big and the hospitality was great. The guys downstairs were so friendly and helped with anything needed. There is a big clothing market downstairs and so many street food and 7 eleven is closer. There is also boat taxi which is cheaper than the normal taxi. I think I was the only guest there due to covid Thailand just opened for tourists.

I keep talking about what a wonderful wedding venue you have created in your hotel. Having catered similar events in many different sites, I must say that yours is second to none. Everything was perfect for the wedding of my nephew on the 18th June 2023 and we know that kind of atmosphere does not happen without a lot of love and caring, backed up with lots of hard work. You have a lot to be proud of and all of our family want you to know that it does not go by unappreciated. Khun Tum - The Representative of the event is and was non defect to complaint at all. She is Just brilliant of your hotel.

Hotel is in the prime location but as per the photos in the app while booking it was not like same. This is first time when a hotel charge for luggage handling when you checkout and go for 3 to 4 hours outside before taking the flight. Beds are making sound while you take a side also.

Breakfast is buffet style with quite a lot of choices, including freshly fried eggs. The hotel provides a swimming pool and the rooms are well-equipped, but the amount of hot water is small. The beds are very comfortable and there is a small balcony, which is great. It is very close to a convenience store and about a 10-minute walk from Khao San Road, which is very convenient. We stayed for two days in a row, and there were children knocking on our door at night, which was very annoying. There was no contact number in the room, so we couldn't report it directly to the front desk staff, which was a pity. Overall it's highly recommended.

Magnificent boutique hotel which is not even 1 month old 😍. Strategic position to reach the grand palace and other key monuments of the city. The decor is magnificent, the room and common areas are very clean. We had the extra breakfast which was very very good (their ice creams too 🍨). The receptionist is ADORABLE, always available, good advice, helpful and very professional! We will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.

In order to go to the Grand Palace, it is convenient to book, the distance is very close, and the river is almost there. The hotel is a bit hard to find in the alley, but the positioning of Google or Baidu maps is very accurate. The service staff were very friendly, the hotel room was small but very clean, and the wooden door was a little hard to get wet. The pool has clean bath towels, not big, but basically no one. Breakfast is not rich but can be full, and the food is kept adequate. Of course, it can't be compared with the domestic hotel with the same price. The domestic price can stay at Sheraton. I am satisfied with the occupancy experience alone, and the sleeping environment is very quiet.
