GGuest UserThis hotel is located right next to the Ding Ding Tram South Station within the ancient town. The exterior boasts charming, weathered walls and arcades, while the interior is beautifully decorated in a rich Nanyang style that's truly stunning! The rooms are spacious, and the colors and furniture complement each other perfectly. Although the room rate wasn't cheap, the included entrance tickets, unlimited Ding Ding tram rides, and afternoon tea made it feel well worth the price! The small gift we received at checkout was also exquisite and adorable. The staff were very responsive and helpful, making for a great overall experience!

GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

MM39324****The bedroom and living room are relatively spacious, and there is a large yard. The pool is on the lakeside outside the room. The room is facing east. The scenery is beautiful. It will not be sunbathed in the west. The pool is big and deep enough. The hot spring is a pure natural hot spring. Appointment, large amount, slightly salty, especially hot enough, it is too hot! Convenient parking, convenient transportation, there is a small village nearby, there is a local vegetable market, breakfast is delicious and cheap. The disadvantage is: the hot spring is really too hot. If you don't add frozen water, it will still be very hot for 3 hours, almost hot. You should set up a facility to cool the hot spring water for use. The bed and mattress in the room are of poor quality, cheap and hard. The furnishings are also lower-end. The pool is outside, the privacy is a bit poor, there are people renovating nearby, and you must wear swimsuits and swimming trunks. Located in a community, many similar homestays are not easy to find.

WWongJanThis hotel was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by its unique and farm house style design. It wasn't your typical cookie-cutter hotel, and that's exactly what I loved. The peaceful environment was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and providing to-the-point service – no fuss, just what I needed. A huge plus was the hotel's location. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!

JJessie_QiuThe hot spring area is definitely a highlight! 👍 The water quality is crystal clear and feels very clean. The pools here are also quite large, and there's even a hot spring swimming pool. It's so pleasant and comfortable to swim in the warm hot spring pool when the weather is cold. The staff also frequently offer guests ginger tea. We also enjoyed camping at the Scarecrow Camp, where we had tea by the stove and made mud-baked chicken, which tasted really good. The only downside is that the room decor is a bit dated.

The front desk service was excellent; staff were proactive, warm, and very attentive, ensuring a great experience. However, the towels were quite old, with some frayed edges and a stiff, rough texture, which made me reluctant to use them.

GGuest UserI stayed at Jinjiang Hotel on a business trip. It is very close to the highway exit and Taishan Station. There is a large free parking lot and charging stations. The hotel was newly renovated with a full set of new Chinese furniture and decorations. It has a bit of Southeast Asian style and is also very characteristic of the hometown of overseas Chinese. If you have time, take a walk around the area. There are many cultural and tourist check-in spots in the hometown of overseas Chinese. This hotel is highly recommended.
