GGuest UserThis was my first time staying in a hostel, and I specifically chose this one. Before arriving in Luoyang, a customer service representative called to confirm my booking. After adding them on WeChat, they provided detailed instructions on how to find the place.
Upon check-in, I received a super thoughtful Luoyang travel guide. They also sold various disposable travel necessities, much cheaper than outside. The common area was nice, and they even showed movies in the evening.
They could also book tours at a more affordable price, and the staff would check in on your real-time status, which was incredibly responsible.
I was a bit uncomfortable in the four-person dorm on the first night, so I upgraded to a private room on the second day. Personally, I found the vent noise a bit loud. Being sensitive to noise, I got free disposable earplugs from the front desk, which were much better than the ones I bought myself.
As a solo female traveler, I chose a hostel for safety and to save money. It turned out to be an invaluable life experience. I met wonderful people and fell in love with the city of Luoyang!

GGuest UserThis trip to Luoyang was perfect. It was given to a large extent by the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise to stay at the Wanjin Hotel in the ancient city for 4 days and 3 nights. The whole stay was very smooth and comfortable.
Location: The hotel is in the most central location of the ancient city, close to the lake, convenient to go anywhere, the ancient city opens at 9 am, before opening the door, you can go out in advance, absolutely VIP enjoyment, this time catching up with the snow, it is so beautiful!
Service: The front desk service is very warm and thoughtful, and any questions can be answered and solved in time, which is very pleasant.
Room: The room is large, the environment is very good, there is a small smart device, and the music is very relaxing. There are free mineral water drinks and snacks, disposable toiletries, and each bed in the standard room is1.5 meters. It is really big and comfortable. The sound insulation is also good. Although it is facing the street, it is not the main street. It does not feel the impact. The bath water temperature is right, the air conditioner is particularly easy to use, and the temperature rises quickly. There are also four peacocks at the entrance of the hotel front desk, which is very interesting. There is a 3-4 Tiannv scattered flower show every day in the ancient city. You don't have to wait in advance. It takes a few minutes from the hotel to the lake. It is not too convenient. In short, it is too convenient to take pictures and play in the ancient city. Breakfast is a fixed meal, not enough to add, eating is very smooth, there are changes every day.

GGuest UserAfter visiting the Longmen Grottoes, it's a convenient 10-minute drive to this hotel. It's a newly opened Huazhu Hotels Group property. The staff were very welcoming and even provided a fruit platter upon check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The laundry room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, including local specialties. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

GGuest UserI'm not sure why there are negative reviews. We decided to take our child on a spontaneous trip during the New Year holiday and booked the Hilton. I was quite hesitant after seeing some bad reviews, but it turned out to be really great! The front desk staff were all very friendly, the room was new and clean, and there's a kids' play area on the second floor. There are even charging stations in the underground parking lot, and the breakfast selection is wide. Overall, it was a very good experience.

YYueguangjiaojieLJThis guesthouse boasts an excellent location, with a stunning view of the ancient city gate right from the window. Just downstairs, you're at the Lijing Gate photo op, perfect for capturing beautiful shots of the gate both morning and evening. There are different museums both on top of and below the city gate; the porcelain museum beneath the gate is particularly worth a visit. Next to it is a charming street bustling with various eateries. We stayed for three nights and found a delicious place to eat on this street every single evening. When we checked out, the front desk attendant specially gave us some souvenirs, including hand cream and peony flower cakes, which felt incredibly thoughtful. A big thank you to them – wishing them prosperous business!

The surprise of the trip to Luoyang, the ancient capital, half came from the landscape and humanities, and the other half belonged to the 13-house hotel on the ramp. This designer hotel hidden in Luolong District has subverted my expectations of accommodation from the moment I stepped into the courtyard.
The location is the golden coordinates of cultural tourism, and the travel is convenient to impeccable. You can walk into the Sui and Tang Botanical Garden in five minutes. You can enjoy peony in spring and ginkgo in autumn. The four seasons can be hidden privately. Five minutes drive to Luoyang Museum to touch history, 13 minutes direct to Longmen Grottoes, and seven minutes drive to catch the high-speed rail, no need to worry about traffic. You can park at the entrance of the hotel, it is too friendly to self-driving tourists, the surrounding environment is also very quiet, and there is still quiet when you rest at night.
The environment is elegant and Zen in the bones. The entrance is first the mist water system flowing, the flowers, grass, fish and birds dotted it, and the spirit show in the water town of Jiangnan instantly came to my face. The all-wood decoration is matched with the master calligraphy and painting on the wall, and the corridor is full of good smells. Every place is like the setting in the art gallery. Especially like the outdoor attic, overlooking the Wangcheng Bridge with the railing, the wide view makes people instantly relieve the fatigue of the journey, and the top floor terrace is a great place to drink tea and empty.
The details of the room are full of care and quality. The smart home system in the whole house can switch to read, romantic and other modes. Dyson hair dryer, jasmine toiletries, Evian mineral water, are exquisite everywhere. The brand bedding is so soft that people are ”addicted to sleep”. Some room types have bathtubs and bath salts, with free tea bags and snacks, take a bath before going to bed and drink a cup of hot milk prepared by the hotel. The happiness is directly full. Hygiene is impeccable, the bedding towels are clean and refreshing, even the toothbrush is hairy and does not hurt the gums, the details are in the real chapter.
The service is warm enough to make people remember. Before check-in, someone called in advance to confirm the demand, and took the initiative to turn on the heating, and just entered the room to warm up. The front desk lady patiently answered all questions, the waiter also took the initiative to send hot water and fruit, butler service is worthy of the name [__LINK_ICON].
The dining experience is even more unexpected. Breakfast is authentic Chinese flavor, buns, porridge, fried noodles are all available, and a free cup of Pu'er tea and coffee is also available, and there is even free ice cubes in summer. The dinner table ritual is full, the abalone, Liao ginseng and other ingredients are fresh, and the secret marinade tastes great. Dining in the Soviet-style courtyard-like environment, taste buds and visual satisfaction.
I have stayed in many hotels in Luoyang, and the 13 houses of the ramp have become my first choice with strength.

The only downside was that the room was a bit dry. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and I especially enjoyed the local specialty beef soup and Haibi (a local beverage). While it's a bit of a walk to the subway, Yingtian Gate is within walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend it!

LLangmandeshitou_LOn our last day in Luoyang, we chose this hotel mainly because the room came with a hot spring tub and a unique breakfast, which suited the kids' preferences. The hotel offers car service, but we drove ourselves so we didn't use it. The kids really enjoyed the hot spring tub in the room, which was quite a distinctive feature. It's rare to find hotels that still require a deposit these days, but this one asked for 1000 yuan. What I don't understand is what valuable items are in the room that would necessitate staff waiting at the door, ready to inspect the room even before guests have left – it felt very uncomfortable. Finally, as we were leaving, we found a small ant crawling near the pillow. It seems like the ground-floor courtyard might need better pest control measures.
