"Hotel location is good, it is the city center, the bus stop is quarantined. There are a lot of food around. Hotel facilities are new, sanitary conditions are good, and the morning is rich. The staff is polite and the service is first-class. The fly in the ointment is that the elevator is too thin and can only accommodate 3 people at a time."

AAmyThe room was spacious and the hotel was super clean and extremely comfortable. Everything felt brand new and the service was really 5 star. We were happily surprised to learn that the indoor swimming pool is actually just a giant jacuzzi. We spent an hour there on our last night which was super nice. The bed is really comfortable and the place is quiet. There is a valet service for parking your car and we got welcome drinks and snacks on arrival. Thanks again for the free bottle of wine and fruit bowl as a VIP welcome gift. We really enjoyed and will come back to this hotel if we ever visit Chania again one day.

GGuest UserEvery hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa.
Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

MM53123****The service is good. I asked if I would like to help us with our luggage or send me to the airport. A welcome drink is also provided. It does feel like a high-end hotel. In addition, they can do valet parking, just park the car next to the hotel and find their staff.

GGuest UserI normally don't do this but this hotel is so impressive, absolutely one of the best in the area with great service. Bathroom in the petite room is real petite but you can choose to see it as bring cozy. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back when next we're in town. Highly recommend.

DDonna MekhaielSuch a beautiful hotel located in perfect location- from old town, beaches and the rest. Suite was gorgeous. Pillows comfy. Breakfast is lovely, Simple and well laid out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Courtyard to have breakfast is so serene and stunning. Possibly the best accomodation for the area and value you receive. Bed a tiny bit hard but not so bad as everything else is comfortable and accomodating.

KKetevaniIt’s located a little far from paleiochora , you definitely need to rent a car , cuz there is not a bus station near the hotel. Breakfast and personal are good . They don’t have wash machine you need to go to city for laundry. Average hotel price was ok.
