"The hotel is conveniently located, with shopping malls and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. The room is big and clean. But the attitude of the staff is average, and I couldn't get a travel transfer. The most unfortunate thing was that there was a power outage in the entire hotel at around 11 o'clock on the second night of our stay. There was no air conditioning and we could only open the windows. The noise of cars outside was very loud, which affected our sleep. The electricity was not restored until 9am the next day, but breakfast was not served. When asked whether the hotel would provide a refund, there was no positive response."

GGuest UserI stayed for a day, and when I took a shower, I found a layer of small sputum on my leg, especially itchy! ! I took a bath every day, I didn't have it before. I just lived here, especially disgusting. The sheets here are not too dirty. I think it is uncomfortable. I have scratched it. The last one was a skin disease. The room was clean. Change the sheets! ! ! too disgusting! Going back to China, I have to check my blood.

GGuest UserFacilities: This hotel stayed for two nights, the facilities are quite new, the lobby is clean and bright, and there is no old smell. The disadvantage is that the washbasin faucet is very small (I don't know if it is an energy-saving faucet or what reason), and the window air conditioner is very noisy (a common problem in the old American hotel).
Hygienic: The bathroom feels renovated and clean in recent years.
Environment: Located in midtown, there is a cafeteria at the door, and there are chain hotels nearby.
Service: The airport pick-up was very smooth. After arriving, I called the front desk and the car arrived in 10 minutes. The driver helped load and unload the luggage and I gave a tip. Breakfast: Booked early and gave two breakfast tickets. It was found that it was a breakfast charged per person, 15.95/person, American breakfast, there was no variety change except for fruit for two days. The fruit is very sweet and the others are average. Bread muffin scrambled eggs bacon yogurt milk, no juice. Two big and two small eat together, charge four people, plus 18% large group service. You can order other varieties, it should be charged separately.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shops around, it's right outside the station, and it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. The hotel has a good view of the snow-capped mountains from the upper floors, and the breakfast is simple but enough.
