Lirolay is truly a quaint, intimate and splendid place. It’s tucked away on the main road and once you arrive you don’t want to leave. The rooms are cozy and clean with eclectic decor and rustic charm. Views of the lake are breathtaking and soothing, surrounded by vast greenery and foliage. Direct access to the lake beach is a plus. The staff is above and beyond, very amicable and helpful with great communication. Everything was spectacular… the sweetest surprise of my stay was their house cat, YIN, he is truly a magical and healing being ♥️

Lirolay Suites is a gem of Bariloche. The rooms are comfortable, with plenty space and amenities. The views are out of this world. Not only we’d wake up in the morning to the amazing lake views, but also we enjoyed these from the Jacuzzi. The earthy colours, wooden details, and the fireplace make it cozy for those cold evenings. In terms of amenities, Lirolay suites has it all, amazing breakfast options and room service, plus everything needed to make use of the Jacuzzi and feel like we were at a spa. The best thing about Lirolay Suites is the staff. Matías, José, Edu and Juan in reception, and Gabriela/Cristina in housekeeping / breakfast. Nothing was too much, whether it was asking for information about the area and activities or lighting up the fire, they were always there to help. The food was amazing and brought up to the room at the time of our choice was definitely a nice touch. It is not only the place but its people what made our stay at Lirolay so special.

We spent six nights at Lirolay Suites while on family vacation. It's a small cozy hotel on the waterfront, with a safe entrance gate, beautiful property and STUNNING lake and mountain views. It's walking distance to restaurants along the main route along the lake. The real highlight was impeccable service. All three guys running the property - Alejandro, Mateo, and Jose - were very friendly, caring, and helpful. They advised us on the activities in the area and booked them for us, which was indispensable for us since we don't speak Spanish and far from everyone here speaks English. When our rental car battery died while in another part of Bariloche, Alejandro went out of his way to come with his car and cables to start the car! The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can always order food to your room or to the deck next to the pool, and it was good and would arrive promptly. Overall, highly recommended!

I went with my partner in November. We had just come from a trekking trip, and the resort was SO comfortable and accommodating. We don't often stay in nice places like this, but this far exceeded our hopes! the Bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi was super nice and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I had some trouble booking excursions online, and Alejandro was incredibly helpful and just fun to talk to. All of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I'm working on planning a trip for my family to return! They're an incredible staff and the resort is unbelievable. IF you're okay taking a cab to get downtown, this is where you MUST stay!

We spent an incredible weekend in this place. Probably one of the best places I’ve ever been to relax and enjoy the nature. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. The client service is impecable and very personalized. I don’t think there could be a better place in Bariloche if you’re looking to disconnect and be treated with exceptional service. We got great memories thanks to this place.

Everyone is so nice helpful and accommodating. They helped us plan our excursions, found a great tour guide Gustavo and offer room service with a delicious breakfast. Great pool. Views are exquisite. I highly highly recommend for a relaxing great vacation. Debbie

We spent four nights at the Lirolay and never got tired of the breathtaking views of the lake. The location was also convenient -- between the heart of town and the "Circuito Chica" loop/activities. Town is a bit hectic, so we enjoyed being outside of it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great jacuzzi tub and nice in-room mini kitchen. Breakfast was not included in our price, and the basic breakfast option was pretty limited (toast, croissants, coffee, OJ) but there is an option to pay more for additional options. The hotel pool is not large, but a nice environment generally. There's also access to the lake if you're brave enough to take a dip in the cold water. The staff was very friendly and helpful overall.

4.5 stars! We had a wonderful four night stay at Lirolay Suites in December. We are a family of four (two teenagers), and stayed in two suites with incredible views of the lake. The rooms are decorated with character and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The pool was lovely - some days quite hot and other days a little cool. There is access to a public beach on the lake, although the water there was simply too cold for swimming. We rented a car, so it was easy for us to drive into town when necessary and also drive to other sights further out of town. I think it would be difficult to stay here and just rely on taxis or public transport. The staff is wonderful. They are available on What's App almost 24/7 and very quickly responded to every inquiry I made. Some of their restaurant recommendations were not great, and unfortunately I can't recommend any of the restaurants we ate at in Bariloche! The chocolate, however, was excellent. A few little things: * I would have preferred air conditioning. On very hot days, the rooms were a little too warm for me at night. That being said, very few hotels in the Patagonia Lake District seem to have air conditioning. * For longer stays, it is tough not having housecleaning service and eating in the room. By the end, it felt dirty and our bathroom trash was overflowing. * Would be nice to have a gym.

incredible place. It has an amazing view, the service is incredible, you can order breakfast to your bedroom, there is a pool, comfy beds and much more. I truly love this place and I would 100% recommend it
