I would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......

Small luxury hotel I feel relieved to see that it is SLH, but it is unusually understaffed. From check-in to dining in the restaurant, you have to wait, wait, wait. If you don’t understand English, please don’t come. Most of the employees look like college students who work part-time and cannot solve the problem alone. question.
The restaurant and bar are good, the room is very big, you need to take the stairs to the first floor, and the bathroom is half a floor up. The swimming pool is small and there are many people. There is a sauna, but it was useless because the temperature was 30 degrees on the day of arrival.
Charging the tram is also very funny. It took a long time to fully charge it.

We travelled to the West Country from London for a three day break and it was wonderful! A gem amongst a quiet, peaceful country setting, the food is outstanding and the staff are amazing. Can't wait to return!

I spent one night here on an inclusive spa break. Everything was excellent- lovely room, the spa and treatments, and delicious dinner. In particular, the staff were welcoming and friendly.

An excellent warm feeling friendly hotel a wonderful experience lovely bedrooms and an amazing spa the food and wine are to die for expertly cooked with smiley knowledgeable staff our waitress was charming as were all the staff what a credit to you turned out impeccably and certainly well trained what a delightful experience a place to stay relax and unwind thank you Homewood we will return
