Clean and budget friendly hotel with comfortable bed in strategic location. Strongly recommended.

The hotel staffs are very accomodating and warm with their guests. The location is near Nagoya Hill Mall and Spas. However, the only concern I have is that the rooms are not noise proof. As the hotel is located at the corner of the roads, vehicles are heard clearly that causes me not to get to sleep. We raise our concern and we're moved to another room the next day. The room had the same concern but we really appreciate their effort.

Really appreciate for the service and support the staff especially for the front desk staff who have been working well and friendly. I also thank the security team for their service in the event of receiving my bike and keep it well. I strongly recommend to everyone to stay in the hotel since the location is very close to the famous mall in Batam

The hotel is okay, here is what I feel Advantage- 10-15 mins grab ride to nagoya hill and Grand batam mall - The room is spacious - Check in and check out is fast - Staff is friendly Disadvantage -There is a long wall in the centre of room that block the TV and sofa - Hotel is just facing opp Hospital - Aircon room is Spoilt, no matter which temperature I switch the aircon still can't feel end up I sleeping w/o aircon - Breakfast buffet not much Selection and the food so so

The hotel location is good, just a bit old.

Stayed for 1 night, saw 1 cockroach in one the room, air con leaking in the other 2 rooms. Rooms are fill with musky mouldy smell. However the location is near to nogoya hill shopping mall and for the price.

The location is good, near Nagoya Mountain. It is also easy to get there by taxi. Facilities: The room is relatively large, with everything you need, but the glass door of the toilet may be too large and cannot be closed, and there is no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom, and it is not separated into dry and wet areas. Environment: It is still very good. The lobby is also very large. Service: The staff at the front desk do not speak English very well, but fortunately there is a waiter who speaks English. The service attitude is nothing to say, it is still very good. Hygiene: It is quite clean.

Close to Nagoya Batam city and mall. It's suitable for this price

The price is okay, but the hotel is on the side of the road, and the sound of motorcycles is too loud at night. It’s too noisy.
