Basic hotel with basic amenities but super dirty. Towels has holes, floor has black markings and linens are not clean as well. Room is super dark too. Hotel smells like cat poop due to resident cat. No breakfast avail as restaurant had closed down. Not coming back again.

The receptionist is very disrespectful to customers. very bad service (TOMBOY) please improve. the room is quite small not the same as in the picture. cleanliness is so so only. there are dirty marks on the sheets and pillows. There are mosquitoes in the room. no coffee or tea is provided in the room

PROS: Strategic location. Room is clean and nice. CONS: The quality doesn't fit the price range.

Overall normal. Only the staff at counter very speak impolitely. Room got problem, ask the staff to charges room. They don't want to listen.

Nice hotel seated at Batu Berendam Melaka. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Smooth check in and check out. It has private parking and swimming pool. My kids enjoy staying there. Room is cleaned on daily basis. Will repeat my stay here.
