Beach Hotels in Bintan

Banyan Tree Bintan offers a setting that feels like a sanctuary. The villas are nestled within lush rainforest, creating a sense of seclusion and harmony with nature. The hotel is part of a bigger resort property. The hotel location is good and the staff service attitude is great. However, the quality of the foods served in the restaurants are not good. The goods sold in the Happy Marts inside the resort property are extremely overpriced which are 3 to 4 times more expensive than in Singapore. Further, the gym in the Recreation Centre has a very strong mouldy smell. The quality of the SPA is not good. The technique of the masseurs should be improved. Also, the air-conditioner in the massage room is broken. Not worth to have any SPA treatment there.

Near the beach and have multiple things to do including volleyball cycling kayaking. The room my family stayed in looked to be one of the older rooms. It is decently clean enough. Service wise was good as the staff strived to assist my family for our requests. Snacks provided in room are free which is nice. Kakung at sun moon restaurant was great

The hotel is very good. The environment and facilities are very good. The disadvantage is that there is too much silicone oil on the beach. I took a few photos and stepped on the oil. Fortunately, the hotel service was very good. The waiter went to the room to help clean up. We are very satisfied with the service of the hotel! We have lived in villas and beach houses. It is really cozy and relaxing! What I want to suggest in particular is whether Chinese food can be made more delicious, such as hot pot restaurants ... there are too few ingredients ... I hope the hotel can be better and better, because we live in Singapore, we will often go on vacation, and look forward to next time New feeling!
