A Tropical Paradise with World-Class Service! We recently stayed at The Aiyapura, and it was hands-down one of the best resort experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing—always attentive, smiling, and ready to help with a ”can-do” attitude. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and sits right on the beach, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. A few highlights from our stay: • Dining: The food was delicious! Every meal exceeded our expectations. • Amenities: Everything was top-notch and well-maintained. • Logistics: Their shuttle service is the best—super convenient and always on time. If you are looking for a perfect getaway with great vibes and excellent service, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

I was referred to this resort by a couple who I met in Chonburi, I decided to make a reservation and drive to Trat to catch the car ferry. The google directions weren't correct as it tries to take you to the small bridge which is only passable via motorbikes etc. Driving a further 2klms where you follow the signs you arrive at the back of the resort. The Bungalow was great, basic room with a separate toilet/shower room. The room has air conditioning, wall fan and mosquito net. Sliding doors to a small balcony overlooking the gardens to the beach. A foot tap to wash your feet is available at the steps to each bungalow. There are no fridge's in the Bungalow but there is a common fridge that you can use at the reception hut which is available 24/7 just mark your items with the room number. The gardens are immaculate and well looked after, plenty of deck chairs, lounges to enjoy under the shady trees. Two 600ml bottles of water are provided daily and left on the balcony of each bungalow daily. Its a 40m walk to the water, similar to the adjoining restaurant Siam Kitchen. I found The Beach Cafe about 100m up the beach front to have a higher quality of food and portion size another restaurant that I would recommend is Indie Beach Cafe. Jebbi the manager of the resort is always onhand and available to assist. Great low key resort, chilled and recommended.

The Hotel has an excellent location with restaurants and supermarket nearby. My recommendation is to check in only in the beach facing rooms as the view is awesome. From other rooms there is no view. The beach is very rocky but you can walk up a few minutes and it gets better. I have given average rating only because of lack of basic facilities. There is no room service or in-room dialing. You need to contact reception through Whatsapp. Basic amenities like toothpaste, clothes hook, sugar, teabags, milk sachets are not in the room. Only limited coffee pouches are given per day. This is not expected from a premium resort. The breakfast is nice esp. the eggs made to order and cheese platter. Overall we had a good stay due to the location of the room. The management needs to just do a bit extra to make it a top grade Hotel

Pros: The accommodation has a pleasant, shady, quiet atmosphere with beautiful decor. Cons: 1. The accommodation was unprepared for guests' arrival (the air conditioner was turned on to cool the room for about 30 minutes but still wasn't cold; it turned out the refrigerant was empty, and staff had to call a technician to refill it. I believe the accommodation should check everything before guests arrive). 2. Some staff members were impolite. The heavier-set staff member wearing glasses, when informed about the air conditioning issue, responded with a tone and words that suggested a lack of experience in customer service. Their choice of words felt odd even during check-in and when being escorted to the room. For example, they said, 'We have to walk again. Let's go. I recommend not booking rooms far inside; it's a long walk' (even though I didn't choose the room when booking; the system assigned it. Even if it was meant as a joke, why say 'we have to walk again'? It's part of your job, and the customer hasn't even complained yet). This happened several times, leaving a bad first impression from the moment I parked the car, was shown to the room, and inquired about the air conditioner. However, the other 2-3 staff members I encountered spoke normally and provided lovely service. I was only unimpressed by the heavier-set person wearing glasses. I hope their behavior, demeanor, speech, and tone of voice can be improved, as their way of speaking was grating.

Overall, the hotel is decent. The location is excellent and the facilities are ok. However, my experience was incredibly frustrating due to the total lack of control in the beach area. The Issue: The ”Towel Mafia” It seems there are people who live at the hotel permanently and take over the beach chairs very early in the morning. By 8:00 AM, all the chairs are empty but ”reserved” with towels. When my girlfriend and I decided to use two chairs that had been unoccupied for over an hour, a man approached us in a very aggressive manner, claiming the chairs belonged to them simply because he had placed a towel there first. Lack of Staff Support The most disappointing part was the hotel's response: • At Reception: They confirmed that chairs cannot be reserved and that we were free to use them. • In Practice: This group of residents continued to disturb and harass us day after day. • Management: Despite being aware of the situation, the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to mediate, enforce the rules, or explain the seating policy to these individuals. It is a shame that a place with such potential allows certain guests to intimidate others, ruining the peace of a vacation. If you are looking for a hotel where rules are respected and everyone is treated fairly, I would look elsewhere.

The hotel is excellent, individual villas stand as if there is no one nearby and no one is passing by. The area is green, squirrel lizards run around, bats fly in the evening) the beach is beautiful, you sit in the shade of palm trees)) pebbles at the entrance to the sea, but if you move to the right, towards the coconut alley, there is a clean sandy bottom. Breakfast is good, large selection and tasty. Of the minuses; far from everything, no way without a bike or car, unless you eat at the hotel or on the shore there are restaurants not far to the left of the beach.

A small, cozy hotel. Rooms are cleaned upon request (ours weren't cleaned even once in three days), and water and toilet paper were left at the door. Two supermarkets are nearby! You can rent a motorbike for 200 baht. The sea is 300 meters away, with a sandy beach. Every day, elephants are taken for a swim in the Gulf of Thailand. For 500 baht, you can arrange a private photo shoot and swim with an elephant. In the evening, it's pleasant to stroll towards the sea and have a drink (shakes, coffee, etc.) at the pier or cafe.

First of all, I would sincerely would like to say Thank You So Much for your service and we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Everything about hotel is extremely good and we couldn't find the best suitable words to describe it. Location, cleanliness, foods, friendly helpful staffs and quiet environment everything is great. The most satisfying service is the helpfulness of the staffs in transportation processes and they can handle every request. We would like to give 9stars and it should be 10 if the price of breakfast buffet were a little less compared to the variety of foods displayed.

Excellent spot for an unpretentious beach getaway. My friends and I spent 2 days here. We really liked the hotel's location – it's nestled in a quiet cove on Lonely Beach, with only 4 hotels in the vicinity, making it quite secluded and peaceful. The atmosphere is truly perfect for a relaxed tropical vacation. Pros: The hotel is perfectly situated right on the beach. The breakfasts are a definite highlight: extensive and varied, with an omelet station (cooked fresh for you) and excellent coffee, which isn't always the case in Thai hotels. We were also pleased with the room rate – quite affordable, even cheap, for this beach, plus there was a free cancellation option. The hotel has a clean pool, beach towels are available, and there's a lovely bar right on the shore. We took many photos of the grounds, breakfasts, and the bar – very atmospheric! Things to note: Yes, the rooms are indeed old and quite worn; a renovation wouldn't hurt. However, for us, this wasn't a deal-breaker: on a beach vacation, we spend minimal time in the room – just for sleeping. The main thing was that the air conditioning worked, there was water, and the mattress was comfortable. If you're similar, this is a great option for you. As for the location outside the hotel: it's quite a long walk to the night market and the local village with shops. If you don't have a scooter, you'll have to trek a fair bit. It's about a 7-minute ride on a scooter, so transport will come in handy here. Conclusion: This hotel is ideal for those looking for an inexpensive and cozy option right on Lonely Beach with delicious breakfasts, who are willing to overlook tired but perfectly functional rooms for sleeping. My rating: 3.5 out of 5.
