Towels were stained and the blanket had other peoples hair on it. Room was a good size, shower had good water pressure

When we showed up there were no towels or bathroom convivences
After a call downstairs it was taken care of but seemed like the room was not prepared at all

My stay @ the hotel was rejuvenating & relaxing.
My purpose for my stay was to escape from REALITY with my boyfriend & we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The only thing that I did not like was the $100 charge per night for incidentals.

This was my first time in an extended stay hotel and it was a pleasant surprise. Clean, stocked kitchen, lots of space, quiet. My only suggestions would be to have the rolling luggage carts stationed at each door so that guests don't have to walk around the building to get and replace them. Also, ensure that there is soap for the shower (I had two shampoos and a conditioner). Thank you. I will definitely book at a Residence Inn again.

The hotel was nice, smelled fresh. The rooms were nice. My only complaint was the shower curtain liner was mildewed and seriously needs changing.

There were 3 of us so we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was a perfect room. It had a full kitchen which included dishes, glassware, and utensils for cooking. It even had a toaster and microwave. The living room was very comfortable. We did not use the electric fireplace. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. Jarrett, was at the front desk, and welcomed us when we arrived. He was very efficient and we were checked in very quickly. He called our room about 30 minutes later to ask if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. We thought, "Wow, that's service". Breakfast was good with the typical items. It all seemed fresh and there was a large variety. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Not only because it was comfortable but also because of the service we received.
