"This is the best thing you can imagine in Naples to be in its centre, a step away from the Royal Palace and the opera of San Carlo. A small hotel redesigned from a huge apartment is on the 4th floor of the Humberto 1 Gallery built in the late 19th century. You need to enter through the arch from the side of Toledo Street. The door to the entrance to the left. The ancient staircase is equipped with an elevator. The host was kind, very sweet, waiting for us, but we understood that it was better to inform in advance about the time of his arrival, because he is not there constantly, but only placed and gave us the keys and the placard for food in the cafe under our room, We haven't seen it anymore. The 4 m high rooms have kept authentic doors and windows, the floor meth tiles, the ceiling plasters. The French balcony of our room with huge arch windows went straight into the space of a cross-shaped gallery covered with a high glass roof. The room is very clean, new. We are happy that we have settled so successfully and close to the opera in which we have come"

"The hotel is in a great location, about a 5–10 minute walk from Napoli Centrale Station. There is a large supermarket nearby; it's better to shop there rather than at the smaller stores around.
The historic city center is about a 10–15 minute walk away.
The rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is located about 40 minutes walk from the center of Naples. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The room itself was on the -1 floor, the window was small and I could not open it. Because of this, it seemed stuffy in the room, there was an air conditioner, but when you turn it on, there is a smell. The renovation is new, a large shower with good hot water pressure. Shops and cafes are a 10-minute walk from the hotel, if you have a suitcase, traveling on foot is not very convenient, because the road is narrow and uneven. You will need to climb up the mountain to get to the hotel."

"Bang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street.
We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation:
No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design.
Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress
Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp.
I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!"

Amazing
GGuest UserThe Bellini House was a really cute B&B experience!! My favorite thing about it was the staff. The girls were all extremely friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home. There are only a handful of rooms, so it felt really cozy here. The breakfast and hangout area was right outside of my door, which made me feel close to other guests and safe, especially as a solo traveler. There were drinks and snacks that you can help yourself to and a ”honesty box” system. The breakfast was a wide selection of pastries, fresh squeezed juice!! and eggs that were made to order.
The room was big but quite basic. It was also sufficiently clean! Please note that there is no elevator here and The Bellini House is located one floor up from the ground floor, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
GGuest UserI booked this place despite reading some negative reviews because i needed to stay in that location with that price, but everything was fine for me, the self check in instructions were simple, the room is very spacious, clean and very quiet. I enjoyed my stay very well. Definitely Booking it when i go back to naples.
RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.
Thank you Massimo
and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.
GGuest UserRoom didn’t seem so nice to me, as it was on photos. It has comfortable bed, room fully equipped, there is free drinking water in the fridge.
But there was a smell in the bathroom, so I had to keep the door closed. The refrigerator was very noisy.
I had a problem with the room being cold and the floor was very cold. The air conditioner worked, but it was directed to the door and it didn’t warm the room enough. Maybe if you travel in summer, it will not be a problem.
Apartments are located really close to the railway and metro station. But you need to understand that there are pros and cons to this. The area is quite dirty on the streets and looks not safe, if you come back late.
JJelisavetaStaying at Domis Vesuvio in Naples was one of the best travel decisions we’ve made. The location, just a short walk from the main bus station, made getting around the city incredibly easy. The property looked exactly like the photos — clean, modern, and extremely comfortable.
What truly sets this place apart is the staff, they all helped us fell like we were home. Sara and Ginevra are some of the warmest and most helpful people we’ve ever met while traveling. They were always available, ready to answer any question, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed.
The restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served was another highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable. The wine they serve is excellent and pairs perfectly with the dishes. The overall value for money far exceeded our expectations.
We honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Naples. Next time we visit, we won’t even look for another accommodation — we’ll simply wait until this one is available. Highly, truly recommended.
GGuest UserThe homestay is in a residential building just across the street from the sea. There is an elevator. The boss is very nice and will help carry the luggage into the room. The neighborhood is very clean, and it is very cold for walking in the morning and evening! It is a stark contrast to the city appearance of the center of Naples emmm... It is indeed a rich area. About10-15 minutes walk from the subway station. If you take a taxi, the boss can also help. There are many restaurants near the hotel. It is very convenient to eat. There are small supermarket pharmacies to buy various supplies. There is also a vegetable market to feel a little bit of fireworks (not dirty and messy, There is also a small Google-rated restaurant around the corner of the vegetable market, delicious and cheap!)
We arrived at about noon and confirmed with the boss in advance, so the room has been packed, the luggage can be placed directly in the room, and there is no situation where the luggage is placed on the side of the road in the comments. Breakfast is eaten at the bar of the boss downstairs. You can choose continental breakfast or American breakfast. If you remember correctly, we have a continental breakfast for two days. The bread is fragrant and the capuccino is the perfect start of the day!
The room is the same size as the room type introduction. If you mind, you can choose a larger room.
GGuest UserEttore the owner was insisting on WhatsApp number which though initially felt strange it was largely due to my lack of understanding on how things worked in family run b&bs in Naples He was very detailed in providing us with info re places to visit trains to take etc
The rooms were good. They are 5 rooms within a house that are given out to guests. As you can imagine you could hear everything from adjacent rooms.
There were coffee machines and some packed food and tea options etc.
The only gripe I had was the room was stinking of cigarette smoke. Even the owner was struggling to talk and had to keep the door open and spray the room. The wife had been smoking inside the house. We had to leave our door to the balcony outside open just so we could breathe without coughing. It took more than 40mins of airing to get the stench out.
Otherwise it was a good place. Real shame.
SSi MinAnna’s Family is a perfect BnB for solo or group travellers! The location is superb - 2mins from Garibaldi metro and 5mins walk from Garibaldi train station, with many bus connections around too.
The room + toilet was clean, spacious, well-equipped and comfy. AC worked well and was a lifesaver during the height of Italian summer.
I would like to commend the excellent service of Nonna Anna and her family that elevated my stay to an excellent experience - they were so friendly and warm!
Also, their restaurant (where a simple breakfast is served for guests) serves GREAT local home-style food at super reasonable prices, and I would also 100% recommend to eat there!
Will definitely come back here if I visit Naples again!
GGuest UserThe entrance is a little hard to find, and there are stairs right after you open the entrance, so it's a bit difficult if you have a suitcase. The room itself was nice and clean.
GGuest UserThe room is clean, but we asked for 2 blankets - they did not react to the request. Breakfast - you can't call it breakfast, cookies, juice and capsule coffee, sometimes 1 capsule and 1 juice, sometimes 2 for 2 guests. No iron, this is very strange. We asked to leave the luggage, the hostess said ok. In fact, they asked us for 5 euros for this, but did not warn about it in advance.
