Eileen ChengWe stayed at Gram Suites for 4 nights.
The location is very convenient—about a 10-minute walk from the metro/train station and just a few minutes from the bus stop to the city center, which made getting around Naples really easy for us.
Max, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated his warm hospitality and quick responses to any questions we had.
The room itself is cleaned daily, which is a nice hotel touch, but the overall vibe feels a bit more like a hostel or Airbnb: cozy and casual rather than super polished.
There were a couple of issues during our stay (sorry Max, we were too shy to mention these in person):
Noise: The room is close to a road, so it can get quite noisy at night. If you are sensitive to noise like my friend, I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs (she could barely sleep)
Mosquitoes: We had quite a few mosquitoes in the room and ended up killing 1–2 every day. Despite using mosquito spray, both my friend and I got bitten several times. Strangely, we didn’t have this problem anywhere else in Naples.

Guest UserIf you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot.
Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around.
The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included.
The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do.
All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

Svetlana Oberman

Gala NaumenkoI needed a hotel near the opera. This is located in the Vittorio Emanuel gallery, i.e. five steps from San Carlo. I was all satisfied, it was quiet, clean, comfortable, everything worked well including the air conditioner. The room was nice, sleeped well. The room has a teapot, tea in bags, sugar and a bottle of water in the refrigerator. The kitchen is in the room for the shape, although there is gas, but only two cups with dishes, three forks, a coffee spoon and a dining knife. My room windows went out into the inner courtyard, not as in the photo, not in the gallery. But I don't have a principle. How to find: From the far sea side of the square at the Municipio Metro turn left to the street, then to the intersection with Santa Bridge and right at once. On the opposite side there will be a long entrance to the Vittorio Emanuel gallery. The first wooden door on the right is the entrance to the hotel rooms, they are on the third floor with an elevator. But you need to pick up the keys in another hotel first. To do this, at the interior of its inner courtyard on the right will be the entrance N83 behind the iron grid, it is closer to the opposite end. It is on the photo. The grid is written code, further on the 4th floor on the 24-hour resepshen. Breakfast is there, I didn't take them. The keys at the eviction leave on the receptacle where the room is, but there is no one

Aik55jCould have been very good if not for the nightmare drilling through the morning / afternoon throughout my stay!!! Imagine paying to go away on holiday for a few days peace and relaxation & that’s all you hear throughout the day, especially after a belly full of breakfast!!! It really annoyed me & took all shine off the stay!
Highlights for anyone planning a stay here is its close proximity to the Metro - Centro Direzionale, it’s accessible from elevator level 0.
NOTE: Reception area is on elevator level -2, which is where arrive if by taxi or bus. I stayed in the 17th floor which has a decent view, see pictures.
The breakfast is decent albeit repetitive, good selections available & runs till 10am, the bar isn’t just opposite the breakfast area. These are on elevator level 0.
From this level you can head outside to some restaurants/cafes and the Metro - Centro Direzionale is here too.
There’s also a nightclub called THE WALL just outside in this area too.
I’m sure the maintenance isn’t a permanent thing, but it ruined this particular stay for me, there was little management could do other than say sorry!!

YuliyaNikaExcellent hotel. I recommend it.
Even before check-in, I was contacted with all the instructions for getting into the room (everything was extremely easy) and all my questions were answered.
Finding the hotel was simple; just make sure to read the signs.
The room itself was bright, clean, and spacious. It was a comfortable refuge from the heat, with a rather quiet air conditioner.
Breakfast wasn't included for me, but snacks, juice, and milk were provided, along with tea and coffee. There was also a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle.
The room was cleaned daily.
The windows had mosquito nets and roller blinds.
Be aware that if your windows face the city, it can be quite noisy. I don't have trouble sleeping, so it didn't bother me.
The bathroom also had everything needed: shampoo, soap, towels, and a hairdryer. The water pressure was good, with both a rain shower and a handheld showerhead. There were no water supply issues.
There's an elevator in the building!
Right across the street is a small grocery store, and there are several others nearby, as well as a few cafes. The location is excellent:
- A few minutes' walk to the historic center.
- About 15-20 minutes' walk to the train station.
- 20 minutes by taxi to the airport.
- 30-40 minutes' walk to the promenade.
Thanks for the hospitality :)

The room was decent for a European hotel, and it was very close to Naples' central train and metro stations, making it convenient for getting to Pompeii or Sorrento. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and gave us sightseeing routes. The breakfast was also good; a €5 breakfast feels like a luxury in Europe. The young lady serving breakfast brought us our coffee, like a family-run hotel. However, please note that the check-in area and the accommodation are next door. We rang the doorbell for a while before someone came downstairs to tell us it was next door. I suggest the owner put up a sign or marker. Naples is definitely worth a visit.

The room is clean, but we asked for 2 blankets - they did not react to the request. Breakfast - you can't call it breakfast, cookies, juice and capsule coffee, sometimes 1 capsule and 1 juice, sometimes 2 for 2 guests. No iron, this is very strange. We asked to leave the luggage, the hostess said ok. In fact, they asked us for 5 euros for this, but did not warn about it in advance.
